I ordered the Cantina chicken Crispy Taco meal($9.12) - which has 2 crispy tacos, a medium drink, chips and nacho cheese, and Avocado Verde Sauce. The tacos include slow roasted chicken, three cheese mix, and creamy jalapeño sauce. For an extra charge, you can add pico de gallo, guacamole, tomatoes, and jalapeños. I added pico and jalapeños for an additional charge of $1.45. These were tasty tacos as constructed. The taco is rather thin but overall of good size. The staff are friendly, the establishment is clean. Plenty of deals on food with the cravings value menu and the various box combos. The portion sizes are good. the Taco Bell in advance NC is absolutely horrible! the manager is a large white woman. she argued with me. I asked for a dragon fruit freeze. she said they didn't have those. I told her the sign indicated they did. she said "there is no way there's a sign that says that ". I told her there was. she continued to argue. I took a picture of the sign and showed it to her. she had nothing to say. I suggested she go back to management school because her customer service was terrible. she even ended the conversation by shutting window in my face. Taco Tuesday! Kids love the Doritos taco cheese and chicken only. The adults love the options in the 5.99 craving box. Seating area was a hot mess but we found a clean table. Sauces, condiments, and drink area were clean and well stocked. We pre- ordered on the app prior to arrival and didn't have to wait long before receiving our piping hot order. Service comes first when ordering through a drive thru. I had to repeat my order a few times and then it was still wrong at the window. Asked for a Crunchwrap supreme combo with Baja blast no ice. Food was correct but ice was in drink cup. I hold up drink to have worker correct it and she gives me the meanest stare. Im not a pushover so I continued to wait for her to redo it... I get home and she gave me diet Baja blast. There's no need for an attitude if done correctly to begin with. You can order from a person on on convenient screens in the dining room. However, the staff are always friendly and ready to help you when you walk in, if they aren't really busy. The food is, well, Taco Bell. This location does always make sure the food is assembled properly and not just thrown together, if you dine in. The reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5 is ordering through the drive through either gets the order wrong or just carelessly throws everything in the bag where it just falls out of the packaging. I ordered the new bacon club chalupa, among other things, and.... well.... other than the 5 small pieces of chicken with no bacon what so ever. Isn't the bacon club chalupa supposed to have bacon. When I say it was the worst experience that I've ever had at ANY restaurant, I mean it. When we drove up the woman on the speaker said they were only accepting orders of 5 items or less. Okay? What? My mom asked why that was and the lady said there was only her and one other person working. So we ordered. When we got up to the window, my mom even said how sorry she was that it was only her and one other person working. After we got our food, only 1 item was right. One item was wrong. One item wasn't even in the bag. So we went back through the line. At that point the person taking the orders was sending EVERYONE away saying they were only accepting Doordash and mobile orders. People were driving away yelling and cussing. So we get to the window and tell her the order is wrong. Mom even writes the order down for this girl. It was just two things. The girl got it wrong again. At that point we were getting an attitude from the staff. So mom asks for her money back. That's when we realized there were at least 3 people there. They were all laughing at us and having a good time. Eventually we got our money back but not after having the window closed in our face and getting hand signs from the staff. When we pulled away my mom was so angry she was about to cry. I know that workers are hard to find right now. But if workers like that continue to be the only ones hired, there won't be anymore taco bells. So you might have a business now with terrible employees. Finally, a guy at the order kiosk informed us that they were out of food and no longer serving. Because of the design, everyone had to back out.
