I am sooo stuffed writing this! We wanted to try Peruvian and I found this place on here! Housed in the Berlin Farmer's Market - I was shocked! I had a fried rice dish that was excellent! Me detengo regularmente en el Mercado de Famosos de Berlín y hoy descubrí un restaurante peruano en el otro extremo del edificio, el Restaurante Peruano Rodríguez. Un mostrador grande, acogedor e impecablemente limpio con asientos y menús. Los menús tienen muchos platos peruanos clásicos como ceviche, lomo saltado, salchipapa, anticuchos, arroz chaufa, alitas, tacos, pernil... ¡muchas opciones deliciosas! Pedí el eloté, papa relleno, 3 empanadas de ternera y 3 de pollo, el lomo saltado y el tallarin saltado, así como una horchata que era excelente, ¡y enorme! El eloté, podría haber comido fácilmente 6! ¡ Taaaaan delicioso! El papa relleno estaba perfectamente preparado y tenía un sabroso relleno de carne y queso. Las empanadas estaban ricas y tanto el lomo saltado como el tallarin saltado estaban deliciosos. Todo estaba perfectamente cocinado y ninguno de los artículos fritos estaba grasoso, ¡maravilloso! Las porciones son grandes, los precios muy razonables y el servicio fue agradable, rápido y eficiente. Definitivamente regresaré y lo recomiendo encarecidamente a todos para que lo prueben. Como beneficio adicional, ¡pude usar mi español para ordenar y ella dijo que lo hice bien! ***** I stop at the Berlin Famers Market regularly and today I discovered a Peruvian restaurant at the far end of the building, Rodriguez Peruvian Restaurant. A big, inviting and spotlessly clean counter with seats and menus. The menus have a lot of classic Peruvian dishes like ceviche, lomo saltado, salchipapa, anticuchos, arroz chaufa, wings, tacos, pernil...lots of delicious choices! I ordered the eloté, papa relleno, 3 beef and 3 chicken empanadas, the lomo saltado and the tallarin saltado as well as a horchata which was superb - and huge! The eloté, I could have easily eaten 6! Sooo yummy! The papa relleno was perfectly cooked and had a tasty beef and cheese filling. The empanadas were flavorful and both the lomo saltado and the tallarin saltado were delicious. Everything was perfectly cooked and none of the fried items were greasy at all - wonderful! The portions are large, the prices very reasonable and the service was pleasant, fast and efficient. I will definitely be back and I recommend it highly to everyone to give it a try. As an added bonus, I was able to use my Spanish to order and she said I did good! read more

First time here and got a bit turned around trying to find them. I got there about 1 hour before closing. I had in mind to order a whole chicken and an order of chicken chaufa. NO CHICKEN LEFT! I ended up getting the chicken chaufa and an order of pernil. The chaufa wasn't impressive, no ginger and minimally seasoned. It did however have a generous portion of chicken. Pernil was greasy. I may try again and get there earlier but not rushing back to try. No one on staff spoke English so I had to point to pictures on the menu to communicate what I wanted. read more

The lomo saltado is delicious! The empanadas are delicious too, i wish they were open everydsy of the week

Tucked away in the Berlin's Farmers Market, this is the perfect place to stop and refuel to finish off your shopping. There are a few counter seats and also a handful of round tables. For a quick snack, choose comfort foods like beef empenadas or tacos, served street style. Most of all, grab one of those little round serving dishes that contain freshly chopped cilantro, onions and salsa verde (green sauce). You won't regret piling those on for extra flavors! read more

If I could put 0/5 I would. My wife is Peruvian and this taste NOTHING like it. The green sauce that comes with the Chaufa?? WATERY!!! The shrimp ?? Breaded .. what in the world?? Not to mention everyone stomach started to hurt 20 mins after eating it. 0/10 would not recommend read more

My girlfriend and I love this little place. Located at the end of the Berlin farmers market, and the food is very delicious. We always grab empanadas for a quick bite and then some more for leftovers. We also grab tacos which are amazing, my favorite is the al pastor. The prices are very cheap for the quality of food you are getting. Unfortunately you cannot dine in due to COVID but once we are allowed my girlfriend and I will be visiting more frequently. Staff is very nice and food comes out at a reasonable time, sometimes you will have to wait during the busy weekends but it's not too long and it's 100% worth it! read more

Stopped by in the early afternoon on a Saturday. $10 for a nice helping of pork butt / shoulder, some rice, and some delicious pinto beans. Service was extremely quick. Saw lots of people buying glasses of some juice but wasn't feeling thirsty. Will probably return next time I'm at the Berlin Farmer's Market. The food is super good the wings look good taste even better. The best way to describe it is like going to Peru and eating. Some of the most amazing flavors. Keeps you coming back .Autinc and simple the food speaks for itself. One of the best places ever eaten at.If you have kids they have french fries ,drinks and really good rice if they do not want to try other types of food. Glass bottle soda. Nice place to eat in or take out.We have eaten most of the menu. Give it a try if looking for a new experience or just like really good food. read more
