Fajitas Combination

This used to be a favorite, combination fajitas ... not anymore. Absolutely NO favor Very disappointing

Burrito

Got here at noon on a Sunday. Super busy but was seated right away. Ordered a jalapeño margarita which was nothing to write home about. Not worth the $10 it was. My tacos al pastor were flavorful though and came with rice and beans. My friend ordered a burrito dinner which he said was super delicious. He had a soda. FREE CHIPS AND SALSA! Only waited 10 minutes for our food. Total bill was only $41 for a 3 taco dinner, burrito dinner, soda, and a jalapeño Margarita.

Chicken Fajitas

There food is wonderful They have a large selection to choose from. There prices are reasonable. And the server Sergio is extremely good. I enjoy There Fajitas, especially since the put carrots in the mix.

I too was lured in here by the attractive and inviting murals on the outside, and hey, it's called "Los Mariachis," that sounds so festive. It's really more of a diner serving Gringo Mexican-American, and the dated interior is set up for Friday and Saturday night middle aged classic rock dancing. They have some beautiful carved wooden table tops though. The evening dinner prices a little high, especially in a town that has so many more authentic Mexican choices, and Anglo style pseudo Mexican with fancier decor. Lunch on the other hand is a great deal here, they have a good selection of lunch specials. Service is friendly though not particularly Mexican, ample parking in their own lot and just to be sure you're clear on this, no Mariachis.

This is my second Mexican restaurant to go to . It needs remodeling but it is what it is. The food is hot and pretty good . They have good lunch specials during the week. The chimichangas are good sized. They have a separated bar area with specials as well. Waitstaff are sporting masks and sanitizer is available but smells like tequila fyi. Its a smaller space but have separated tables for safety. Waitress was nice and did a good job. Nothing fancy just pretty good filling food.

Pathetic looking steak burrito in the bur dinner, smallest burrito.

Date night. Wife had taco, rice and beans. No flavor. Nothing seasoned. I had a burrito. Same thing. Bland. Do not recommend.

Food is tasty, as well as chips & salsa. But the restaurant overall looks a little dirty and could use a remodel. Prices are decent.

For our entrees, I got the taco truck dinner with pork pivil as my meat of choice. The meat was juicy, tender and had lots of flavor! The pinto beans had a nice smoky flavor. My boyfriend got the queso chimichanga. It didn't come with rice and beans, as they are inside the chimichanga. We both agreed, the queso was a nice addition to the chimichanga. I would definitely come back to try more of the menu!

The guacamole had a strong citrus flavor which I am a fan of and the salsa was complimentary! I would HIGHLY recommend the best burrito ($15) as they did not skimp on any ingredient, especially the flavorful pork pibil. My only qualm was that the rice was undercooked and slightly crunchy, but otherwise an affordable and tasty restaurant for a date night. The staff were friendly, service was fast (less than 10min to receive food after ordering) and the restaurant had bright and colorful furniture and decor which were true to theme.

We'd been coming to Central Waters for a while, when one night we found ourselves hungry. Since Troublemakers Cocina was open, we gave it a try. We've been hooked ever since! Our two favorite menu items are the Carne Asada Fries and the Carne Asada Burrito. Both are flavorful, fresh, and filling. Triple threat! Prices are reasonable and the staff are always friendly. Plus you can have a scrumptious beer from Central Waters while you wait for your beeper to go off. And the setting is in an old gorgeous church converted into a brewery/event space. You can't beat that ambiance! Prices are reasonable, the space is clean, and there is plenty of seating for groups of all sizes. And there are screens for watching games. This place is an all-around winner! Hungry and thirsty, make your way to Troublemakers Cocina today!

It's Saturday and I'm thinking......Don Lucho!!!!!…read more The team has been up since late night roasting and boiling and creating the most amazing carnitas you will find in Milwaukee. Get here early - parking sucks, and suburbanites will freak out at the hood, but no worries Jesus is right next door at St. Josaphats basilica and will watch over you. And don't forget to take a tour of one of this country's most beautiful cathedrals. Right there by Don Luchos. You can eat here. Lots of long communal tables so don't be shy. Prices aren't cheap but this is quality. I usually get a pound or so of carnitas. They measure it out, it's steaming, and ask if you want it chopped. I say yes. It's wrapped up tightly and it will feed you all weekend. This meat is freaking amazing!!!! I pray they haven't run out of homemade tortillas, but like I said, you gotta come EARLY. Sigh. There's about 6 different amazing salsas to try. Smoky, fresh, green, red, hot sweet - I get two for the weekend. I consider a quart of menudo. I think about. Lamb, goat, barbacoa, chorizo - but I have enough. Too hungry to wait to go home, I sit down to eat. Two tacos - huge! The best was the barbacoa - tasty little carmelized deeply flavored meat bits. Hey - don't go expecting American extras like sour cream or cheese. This is the real thing. Warming: one taco will do you. Got a side of rice and beans - yum. Don Lucho is a treasure. It is authentic, mom and pop, and these are the businesses I love to support. For an incredible adventure and source of authentic carnitas, git yourself down to da south side ya day hair and ENJOY!!!!!!
