The workers are always so kind and sweet, so is the female manager, but this guy is always hostile and aggressive to selective customers. This place is always busy and packed and many times I see people do the same thing where one person sits when another is on line with the food and seems to be an issue as of recent. I don't know the reason, but I've never had a problem doing this before in the past 2 almost 3 years. We purchase all of our food, sit quietly, clean up after ourselves, I don't see the issue with sitting while another purchases or why we couldn't return an unopened box of ice cream just to swap flavors.
