Service was absolutely…read moreincredible, our waitress was so attentive and sweet from the moment my friend and I sat down, and brought us complimentary horchata to try (which was gas, for lack of a better term). She was very knowledgeable and gave us her personal secret menu hacks (love a good secret menu, haha). The ambiance in this location is also very upscale, but prices are very reasonable. We started off with some tortilla chips and complimentary salsa to start. Chips were some of the best I've had in my life. Salsa was good, but a bit watery. We each got a birria taco to try, and the taco was absolutely delicious. Probably some of the best birria I've had in my life. Also I really liked the lime wedge it came with, it really enhanced the flavor of the meat in the taco. For my main course I got the fajita bowl with chicken. It was packed with white rice, lettuce, pico, fajita veggies, cheese, sour cream and guacamole. Chicken was very good, though I wish the bowl was a bit spicier (just a personal preference). I also wish there was a bit more sour cream and potentially swapped the white rice for Mexican rice - but otherwise it was great. My friend ordered pork tamales with refried beans & Mexican rice, which came out very good as well. Overall we had a great meal and pleasant dining experience here. Highly recommend this spot for some quality Mexican food just outside of Worcester.

I have to say they did a great job with the renovations. Opens at 11am and closes at 9pm! Went with the Mexican plate which came with two beef enchiladas, shredded chicken taco, rice and beans and of course I had to get a Chorizo taco! Let me say fantastic food and the portions sizes with the prices unreal! with the two plates and a soda came to $27 then added a $10 tip of course! Definitely stop by for lunch and or dinner!!

The food was shockingly excellent and margaritas - while not the best I've ever had, decent and even better for the $7 price point. Margarita had just enough alcohol to make you feel real nice. I got the tacos (chicken and Barbacoa on a corn tortilla) and they were great. Tasted super authentic and loaded with cilantro and onions. The guacamole on the side was average but the salsa was good and had nice chunks of onions and peppers in it. My friends loved their enchiladas (enchilada de pollo with salsa verde), and expressed that the rice was nicely salted and beans were Smokey. One said she had one enchilada and was full and still had two more to go! Also heard the place is BUMPING late night on Saturday's so will need to check it out.

I'm posting this review on behalf of my first grader. Note that she simply calls the restaurant "Mexico" because she doesn't know the full name. "In my opinion Mexico is the best restaurant. One reason I like Mexico is that there is funny skeletons in the entrance. It is funny. Another reason I like Mexico is because it is fun to wait. You can play iSpy or a card game. Also, I like their cheese quesadilla. For example the cheese quesadilla is cheesy. Now you know why Mexico is the best. Do you want to go?" We love going here. The food is great and atmosphere happy and colorful. And they are always kind to my kids. Thank you for many great evenings.

Very disappointed. We stopped here on our way home, thinking it might be busy on a Saturday at 5:45…read morebut we were 1/3 parties in there. The restaurant is relatively clean and decorated like a typical Mexican restaurant. Service was still pretty slow considering there were only 3 groups but atleast they were friendly. We finished our chips and they never came back to see if we wanted more. My husband and I both ordered burritos and should have read it more carefully it was literally just a burrito, dry as could be with no sides, no guacamole, no sour cream. They were just rice, beans, and meat. My husband's had very little meat in it and mine had a lot of inedible pieces of steak. Honestly chipotle has much better burritos. She never came back to ask if we were all set or needed anything. The margaritas were just okay. I ordered a side of refried beans that came in a broken bowl with a plastic spoon? Not sure if they are just really stingy on their prices (no chip refill, extra $ for sour cream), or what was going on but definitely won't be going back here.

I say "real deal Brazilian" because the restaurant chain has 12 locations in Brazil, concentrated in Rio de Janeiro shopping centers. The Framingham location is one of the seven located in the U.S. Our server was a young man from Brazil, and since it was our first visit, he spent a lot of time going through their large menu. The restaurant serves family style portions (which are quite large), regular sized portions, appetizers, meat/chicken/seafood entrees, pasta and rice dishes, and a lunch menu. We both went to the lunch menu and ordered a special at $19.90 each. I went with the Peixe Grelhado (Grilled Mahi-Mahi Filet in a caper-butter sauce) served with a mountain of mixed vegetables, white rice and black beans. Seriously, that was a lot of food and much too much for a lunch, so half of it sits in my refrigerator as we speak. There were bottles of olive oil, olive oil with hot peppers, and Tabasco on the table, plus packets of mayonnaise. Those hot peppers nestled in the oil caught my eye, so I cautiously sprinkled some on my plate, and I was glad I was so cautious because it was damned hot (but yummy). My wife ordered the Frango Com Salada (Grilled Chicken Breast with salad) served with white rice, pico de gallo, and black beans. After we ordered, Alex came back to our table and said the lettuce intended for the salad didn't pass his inspection, so he offered us a different side order. We ordered French Fries instead. My fish and my wife's chicken were excellent. They were good-sized portions that were well seasoned and well cooked. My rice and beans were very good and that big pile of vegetables really went well with that volcanic pepper oil. Club soda was a very reasonable $2, so our big lunch ran $42 before tip with plenty of leftovers. If you're ever in the mood to enjoy, or try Brazilian food, travel to Framingham if you can't make it to Rio de Janeiro!

The steak, featuring picanha, of course, is delicious; however, this is not a churrascaria, so don't expect to be visited tableside by mountains of meat. We ordered primarily the petiscos and they were just like what you would get at those city bars. This atmosphere is more of a huge flashy restaurant with attentive service and gringos in the minority. Still, it can get crowded and noisy. Don't miss the frango a passarinho (fried chicken crispy yet NOT breaded), and the many combos including picanha, sausage, etc. Add the yuca fries and savor the side of fluffy farofa. Turns out this is a chain with a couple places here, at the Cape and Framingham, but a dozen in Brazil. Yet "pretty, pretty, pretty good!"
