we stopped in for a late lunch on a winter saturday. the place is tiny, about 4 tables, it's cozy. we ordered the rincon platos and a chicken plate (forget the name). both came out fast. both dishes were fresh and incredibly flavorful. i plan to return and try different items on the menu. don't expect chips and salsa when you sit down. parking is street metered and don't forget to lock your car doors.

I stopped into Rincon Latino on a Friday evening to grab a quick takeout meal. I order 5 tacos, chips, and iced horchata. Cost less than $20. The horchata was sweet and pleasantly spiced with a nice smooth texture. They cinnamon flavor was exquisite. I waited probably 10 minutes from when I ordered to when my food came out. I quickly took the tacos home and unwrapped them. Everything was delicious - the meat well seasoned and crispy. The tortillas were not soggy, and doubled up to ensure your taco wouldn't fall apart. They also gave me some green hot sauce that was very spicy, but went well with everything else. 10/10, very satisfied with the speed, quality, and cost.

This place is as authentic as it gets. Small hole in the wall gem, older Spanish man working behind the counter who was very sweet and did not speak English. I knew I was in the right place. Please try for yourself, real tacos. I also have to say they were quite large and full of meat no skimping here. The picture I posted doesn't do it justice, plus I ate majority of the tacos. I ordered beef, chicken, and pulled pork tacos accompanied with a bag of 4 sliced limes and two verde sauces. Will be driving 45 minutes when craving tacos again. Enjoy!

Great little authentic Mexican restaurant Erving Framingham's immigrant community food from home . I had excellent Huevos rancheros and my son had chorizo and egg. Great service, too.

Overall: Rincon Latino is a hidden gem!! Everyone should be coming here. Physical Plant: Rincon Latino is a small restaurant that can seat less than 20 people (maybe less than 15). Food: I had two pupsas, one queso pupusa and one pupusa de revueltas (a mix of cheese, chicharrón, and frijoles), and a lengua (beef tongue) taco. I cannot say enough about how delicious this food was!! The pupusas are the ultimate comfort food, and so satisfying. The lengua in my taco was so flavorful and had a great texture. There were two different salsas to have with my taco (verde and rojo), both with a perfect spice level, and a really spicy pickled onion and pepper mixture that went very well with the pupusas. All of this incredible food came at a great price. I will definitely be back.

Felt like I was in Mexico (that's a good thing!). A Texan visiting the Boston area shouldn't have high hopes of authenticity but I was pleasantly surprised: the Lengua street tacos were hot and succulent- lengua was super tender and came with a jalapeño salsa- felt like I was in Nuevo Laredo!!

We took our two younger ones there for a quiet Easter Sunday dinner together. So many interesting things on the menu, we way over ordered. But everything was delicious. We had the pork belly confit, the cheese bread, the octopus, and the parm wings to start. They were all polished off quickly. Our pork belly did seem to have missed a sauce, but we just dipped them with the cheesy bread sauce and was very happy. My son ordered a few different skews and thoroughly enjoyed his Picanha, sausage and cheese and chicken heart. My youngest said the chicken hearts were the best she had ever tried. High praise from a kid loving chicken heart since just a tiny tod. My wife and I both ordered the ribeye over mushroom risotto. We order medium rare and both of ours came perfectly done. Both our kids thoroughly enjoyed trying our steak and risotto. My daughter and I both enjoyed mixing my son's Yucca mash with the risotto. She practically scrapped my plate clean. We all had our eyes on the pineapple, but all agreed we were overstuffed and will defer to next time. We even had leftovers to bring home to one happy Puppy. Will definitely return!

But it's the food and drink that truly steal the show. The menu is a love letter to Brazilian and South American cooking -- bold, soulful, and bursting with creativity. Every dish tells a story of a rich culinary tradition, taking you on a journey from bright, sweet notes all the way through to deep, satisfying umami. Both the cocktail menu and non-alcoholic offerings match this spirit, offering drinks that are every bit as thoughtfully crafted as the plates they accompany. The place was not busy and the staff was in the kitchen. It did take a while for someone to come out as I was looking over the menu offerings and I decided to eat here and took a seat at a table. I placed my order for the Empanadas Trio ($9 plus tax) and the Spaghetti with House Cream Sauce ($14 plus tax) and chicken (add $2). I was brought over some cold water and complementary plate of homemade fried crisp tortilla chips and fresh tomato salsa. The Empanadas Trio came out first, very hot, 3 good sized deep fried empanadas, 1 filled with cheese, 1 filled with shredded chicken & cheese, and 1 filled with ground beef. The shell was light and crisp and ketchup and tangy orange dipping sauces were provided. I would say their empanadas are some of the best I've had in the area! Next, the Spaghetti entree came out, a modest portion served in a bowl. The spaghetti was cooked soft with a light cream sauce not too rich and pieces of boneless pulled chicken, some pieces were chewy. After I was finished, I requested the check, but the total was initially incorrect since they charged me an additional $6 for shrimp instead of $2 for chicken. I saw the staff try to fix my check on the computer, but there was no pollo chicken option. I already knew the total with tax should be $26 and change and I paid cash with tip rounded up. Overall, I pretty good meal here and I would definitely order the empanadas again and try some other things next time. They also have a tres leches cake too.

There is a big parking lot conveniently across the street. We were greeted by Yudi (pronounced Judy), the co-owner, who explained what some of the items are and made recommendations. We started our meal with some cold drinks. Maracuya (Passion Fruit), Morir Sonando (Milk with Orange), and Mango. All were very delicious and refreshing. We ordered several appetizers. Empanaditas Trio - three flaky pastries one each filled with cheese, chicken and cheese, beef and cheese. Who doesn't like deep fried goodness stuffed with tasty fillings. Mofonguito Trio - three mini mofongos (mashed fried plantains) one each stuffed with chicken, shrimp and fried pork belly. Order this if you want to sample what mofongo is like. The best appetizer was the Picalonga, which is a sampler platter consisting of pork belly, cheese, pork sausage, salami, and fried plantains. It was so good that someone in our party ordered it for their meal. This platter is highly recommended and people will be fighting over who will get the last piece of the crispy pork belly. For the main course, we ordered the Pernil (roasted pork) and Chicharron (fried pork belly) lunches. This can come with either white rice and beans or pigeon peas, or rice with beans or pigeon peas and a salad. We are also ordered mofongo de pollo (chicken) with white garlic sauce. I had the mofongo de chicharrones with red tomato sauce and white sauce on the side. My mofongo was better than what I had in San Juan, Puerto Rico! One person did not order a main dish and just wanted to share with someone else. Everything was delicious and boy did we really love the crispy chicharrón. Also, ordered Yuka fries on the side. Yummy! If you're craving good Latin cuisine, this restaurant is a must-visit. The warm, inviting atmosphere with great service makes it an ideal spot for a delicious meal. Highly recommended!

Seems like a place with steady regulars. There is a digital jukebox in the corner that was used every so often. Although I only ordered 1 taco, looking at the weekday specials and prices, it seems like a great place for cheap alcohol and food. I was really unsure how the quality of food was going to be so I decided to get one taco. Initially ordered the chorizo but was told they were all out so switched to steak. The steak is cut into little chunks which helps to disguise it's tough texture. However, the actual taste of the beef is okay insomuch as I could actually taste it, which is more than I can say for some other restaurants. The beef also had a nice browned outside, adding a hint complexity along with some grilled onions. I doubt the tortilla is made from scratch, but it was soft and appealing. In addition I was provided with a cilantro sauce as a condiment. It added a good note of complexity along with a squeeze of lime. Some hot sauce in combination with the cilantro sauce could be addicting. Pleasantly surprised by the steak taco. No frills, but decent enough and at a very affordable price point. I would return to try other items on the menu.
