    Sandwich Cubano

I was excited to come here however it was a let down. When we enter (me and my partner) no one greeted us so we asked if we can sit anywhere, the cashier/server/host said "yes" and gave us ONE menu for both of us, I order a cubano sandwich which came less than 6-8 mins wrapped in a plastic lol, the meat was chewy & hard to eat. My boyfriend ordered narco which he needed to pour so much sauce so it can taste "good". The price was extremely affordable, I guess you pay what you get. Please don't sit outside it smell like trash & we had a dirty mop behind us from the restaurant. I won't be coming back but it was fun to "try"

This is a Columbian place and steak is good, ceviche is ok and the most I like is flan Its a small place and not busy but the workers seem busy all the time. I like how they put drinks and many stuff on the wall.

We've ordered from here before, I guess I should've learned my lesson- fish wise! I ordered on GrubHub & got the fish filet. I requested (in Spanish) yellow rice. My bf got the bandeja paisa ($12). When the order came, the rice was white & my fish looked burned. It was only 1 piece for $9.50. I called & asked what happen? The lady (barely spoke English) said they don't make yellow rice & she'd send me a new fish which was a nice gesture. UNTIL...the delivery guy shows up an hour later at 7:45pm with a new fish & asks for the old 1. Naturally, we called back while the delivery guy was waiting, the same lady who barely spoke English said that she wanted to "swap" it...um, excuse me? 1st, that's disgusting, 2nd, I was supposed to wait 2 hours to eat? We told the guy to keep it & go back. The original order came at 6:30pm. I took the nasty fried batter off & ate it. Honestly, it wasn't that bad, but it wasn't that good either. The rice & beans was the best part. Would we order again? HEEEEELLL NOOOOO!!!! Now I'm wondering if I ate someone's mess up, or left overs!!! Oh btw, the 1st time, I ordered salmon (my bf got the bandeja paisa again) & it came over a bed of terribly boiled tasteless veggies. The salmon was ok. Total disappointment & now disgusted. They need better communication skills & customer service. Don't waste your time or money. Hope this helps! Check the flicks :)

Delicious traditional Colombian food! You can't go wrong! Personal favorite is the bandeja paisa! Beans are super flavorful and delicious as well! Also, you'll come for the food but stay for the wine!! They have a delicious extensive imported wine list! Just in time for Spring I love the to-go mini Ponte Treviso Prosecco bottles and the smooth strawberry-notes of the Chilean rosé! Don't forget to order a glass (or bottle) when you dine in OR take out!

I was impressed by the large variety of options on this menu. I ordered an empanada to start followed by a mini bandeja. There was nothing mini about it! As you can see by the pic, portion size are not skimpy. Overall, the dish was good, only thing I would change was the steak. Had a little too much fat for my liking. But the chicharron and frijoles were great. The jugo de guanabana was delicious. Empanada was good too, though I would've liked a bit more of a flavor kick. They have a few tables and bar area for indoor dining and a covered section outside. Restaurant was busy, with customers dining in or picking up orders. Seems like a staple for the local community which is great to see. Service was friendly and moderately paced. Will return if in the area!

That makes no sense, especially considering how quickly I called back. Even more concerning, when I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was told there wasn't one available. That's unacceptable for any business. Instead of helping resolve a simple issue, they made it unnecessarily complicated. Customer service here needs serious improvement.

When we received the food my father in law went to ask about the plantain since it was not even the half of the plantain yet the photo had the entire plantain. The small piece of plantain was cut in half, so when my father in law went to tell the person in the counter which I'm assuming is the manager, the manager said, "You want me to glue them together?" He was so shocked at the response that he walked away but I found it so disrespectful and unprofessional. My advice to the manager, is fix your deceiving menu pictures and charge a fair price for the small plates you serve but most importantly learn to be a manager, a leader, and learn manners. That is not the best answer you could've given a customer. And lastly, I will never recommend the lunches and dinners here. Bakery is good, fair, and easy to not mess up in.
