Authentic Central American eatery! Super-friendly and accommodating staff!
Lindy Z.

Such a wonderful surprise for our first time in Denham, MA! The food was spectacularly tasty and authentic. Everything was fresh and the horchata was divine with cacao added, not just rice milk. When they named this place "Los Antojitos", they were not lying, the food looks so enticing that you are seduced into ordering everything! The staff was superfriendly and the male manager/order taker was efficient and organized in making sure our orders were accurate and timely. We will most certainly be visiting them then next time we are in MA!

I got a shrimp quesadilla and we got some pupusas and yikes. The quesadilla was legit just shrimp and cheese and the cheese felt fake, and the shrimp that was there was skimpy, even the guacamole was weird and was definitely not real. It was much too green. The pupusas were sad, and they were practically empty. Definitely would NOT recommend

Ahhh-mazing!! I haven't had from-scratch, homemade Latin food in so long and this hit the spot! The portions are more than generous and the staff are so friendly. Heydi was so nice and chatted with us while we waited on the food - made to order! - and the open kitchen was great. We sat at the counter and my son liked watching the food being made. HIGHLY recommend the sopa de mariscos, papusas, and the guac. Everything we had was delicious. Sadly, I don't live near here, but their other location in Attleboro is closer so we'll be hitting it up soon!

Got the two types of pupusas from here and they were delicious! We did a pick up order and the food was packaged neatly and in a way that kept it nice and warm. The food was flavorful and a good size. The toppings and salsa were delicious. I would definitely go back here!

I almost hate to write this review because I love the food here so good that I want it all to myself! All kidding aside Doña Heidi and her crew make great food. I always leave full. My favorite is the Carne Asada. It comes with rice, beans, and salad. I don't know what Doña Heidi's secret is, but the meat tastes fantastic. Another favorite must have is the pupusa. I usually get the one with pork. It comes with yummy cortido (pickled cabbage) on the side. This has become my comfort food go-to place, and I am not salvadoreño like the wonderful owner.

Steak nachos delivery service always great!!!

Excellent service and food!!! It is very hard to find a central American food place around Boston area. I have been here many times and the food and service are always good. Everyone is always friendly and food is always fresh.

The pupusas, al pastor burrito and yuca grits were great! Very tasty and they give you a lot of plantains.

I don't know how it has two 5 stars reviews as of this posting. The place is small and not a great ambiance for a nice dinner. It was hot as hell in there and over run with kids that looked like family the day we ordered. They were behind the register, in the common area & at tables. The price was insane for typical Latin dishes that were greasy, salty, and very unsatisfying. Most went in the trash. The rice was bland with vegetables resembling fried rice from a Chinese restaurant. It was so moist and greasy, the pork/chicharron had a strange aftertaste like it was old. The beans were ok but still needed flavor. Plantains were cut thin and not sweat like the typical ripe plantain. The skirt steak was edible and actually had decent flavor. The pupusa was artery clogging and I regret eating even half of one. A kid took the order & cooked some of the meal. He left out a few items from the order. Luckily I asked because when he said we were all set, I knew something was def missing. Had to wait another 15-20 mins more. I already spent about 30 minutes which turned to 45 mins total) waiting for take out with an empty store. That's insane...I'd steer far away if you want Spanish food that's done on a much higher level and won't break the bank. Don't say you weren't warned if decide to try this place. Highly recommend Casa de Lala who is currently relocating in Walpole. That's the best you will get with fresh, high quality Spanish food.

The Tajin Elote is a total flavor bomb; it was so delicious that we had to order an extra one to take home! The true highlight of the evening was the Enchiladas with Salsa Verde and Mole. I opted for the Soy Tinga option, and the combination of flavors and textures was amazing! I really appreciate that the vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options are not an afterthought for them. They taste just as authentic and high quality as the traditional dishes. The bar is extensive, and they offer many high end tequilas/mezcal, and craft cocktails. My Mezcal Paradise cocktail was perfectly balanced. The 4 Leches Cake was rich and creamy; it melts in your mouth! The restaurant has a vibrant and cozy atmosphere, with bright colors to match the lively Latin American theme. They are open late, making it a popular late-night spot. I highly recommend Meatless Mondays, and I can't wait to come back and try more of their vegetarian soy options!

The steak was cooked perfectly and it came with everything I was craving. Plus the refried beans, creama, eggs, plantains, chicharron, and warm tortilla--yum! The pupusa was different, as it's made with a different cheese here which the waitress did warn us. Because of this, it wasn't our favorite but still good. Overall this spot is popular in East Boston, I would definitely check it out! Also if you tell them it's your birthday they will sing to you and you get to wear the special hat :)
