After reaching out, I received a personal response from CEO Anthony Valletta. He took full ownership of the issue, sincerely apologized, and acknowledged that this wasn't the first problem I'd experienced. Rather than making excuses, he shared that he was meeting with his operations team to address order accuracy and offered to make things right. It's rare to see a company leader respond so quickly, personally, and thoughtfully. Mistakes happen at every restaurant, but how a company responds says a lot about its culture. Anthony's willingness to listen, take accountability, and work toward improving the customer experience left a lasting impression. I'm hopeful the operational improvements he's implementing will lead to a more consistent experience because bartaco's food is something I genuinely enjoy when everything is prepared correctly.
