We really enjoy going here for some fast and delicious food. We've gotten enchiladas, quesadillas, and burritos. The chips and salsa are awesome and the salsa bar has a lot of options. The service is always so friendly too. Great place! read more

Amazingly tasty food. Delicious salsa bar. Welcoming staff and great prices. This is one of favorite Mexican places in the bay area. Wide selection of tacos, burritos, soups and salads. They also carry kale quinoa cauliflower salad with a Mexican twist. I go here as my regular eating places multiple times a week. read more

I'm leaving this review because I got sick off the food and I feel like everyone should know just to be careful. I don't mean any hate to this restaurant I've had their food before and it's been really good. However, yesterday I ordered tacos and a Agua Fresca Horchata from DoorDash and I put a lot lemon on my tacos. That's important for what I'm about to say I was drinking Horchata and eating my tacos and I thought it had a very sour taste. I chucked it up to, it just being all the citrus on my tacos. However, once I finish my tacos and I took a sip out of the Horchata, I realized that the drink was sour. At that point I made a conclusion that the horchata was probably made with expired milk or expired ingredients of some sort. I ended up getting very sick. Terminé enfermándome mucho. read more

I was craving Mexican food, I turn to Yelp "Mexican Restaurant near me". Found this gem on Grant road! They're friendly, and this place hit the spot! Totally satisfied my Mexican craving. Everything was fresh, I ordered Steak and Lengua Super Nachos, Chicken Taquitos all the dressings and toppings on it. We also ordered a Baby Burrito to go. I love that they offer a Salsa bar, it was all so mouth watering! Perfect spice and acidity ratio! What are you waiting for? Go! read more

Our go to Mexican restaurant spot! Orders: Mexican Super Burrito Bowl (chicken) and Crispy Chicken Taquitos. I typically don't eat a lot so the taquitos are the perfect portion for me. They are always quick for online orders/pick up orders. I have not dined in before the few times I've walked in the place is clean and lively. read more

I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was delicious. I recommend it. Employees were nice. The vibe was very chill and relaxed.

Really great establishment - the staff was really kind and the food is fairly priced. The portions are huge! I got the steak super burrito and it was decent. I wouldn't say it's bursting with flavor, but definitely a go-to quick and safe meal! read more

Very good! Very clean inside this bright little taqueria. Friendly workers! Great prices! Quick service! Fresh and delicious! The meat had great flavor and the pico di gallo was fresh and flavorful without being overly spicy. I love spicy but my tummy does not so I appreciate it when I can spice it up to my taste. I will definitely be back! read more

Ordered the fish bowl burrito, for take out. Tipped in advance. All menus (front counter, paper menus, and Yelp\Grubhub) say that it comes with sliced avocado. A picture of the entree on Yelp also shows sliced avocado. Not sure why my bowl did not have any avocado or substitute (like guacamole), at all. I would be more understanding if there any kind of communication (lack of avocados, offer alternative or discount, etc.), but no such service. This leads me to believe that the avocado was in supply but left out, for whatever reason. Not sure what the restaurant might do to correct this, especially on a take out order. The food itself was great, although the missing avocado left much to be desired in flavor and nutrition. The fish filet was cooked very well, with plenty of black beans and rice. The chipotle mayo was pretty strong, almost overpowering other flavors. Good variety at the salsa bar. Small bag of tortilla chips came with the order, and the chips were very consistently cut (for the obsessive-compulsive eater). Dining area and bathroom were very clean. Los Amigos has some good offerings, especially for vegetarians, but I am reluctant to return to the same kind of service. La Cueva Mexican Grill has been around much longer and is one of the best taquerias in the area, with friendly service and an amazing variety of delicious entrees. Sadly, at this point, I cannot recommend Los Amigos. read more

The chips were stale. The rice was a bit crunchy (raw) in the burrito. Hubby ordered the tacos and said they were just OK. It's too bad because the servers were friendly. read more

Los Amigos - Steak (left), chorizo (back), pastor (front), and carnitas (right) tacos - Mexican Near Me - Mountain View, California

Lovely experience! I tried it when I saw it took over Una Mas and was relieved to see it wasn't just a continuation. We got a carnitas torta, fajita burrito, chorizo quesadilla, and steak taco and everything was so flavorful! For the aguas I would pick the Jamaica over the horchata since it cut the richness. Can't wait to have it again! read more

Omg this place is amazing the best food ever so much Flavor and the flautas are so amazing the jalapeño jelly is so good they're tacos are amazing they're crunchy tacos are amazing everything is amazing here read more

Delicious food, GIANT portions, decent prices. Chips were fresh, salsa bar was clean and so was the restaurant. The salsa flavors were a little lacking except the green one, but that's a tiny gripe barely worth mentioning. I couldn't decide, so I convinced my hubby to split a bbq chicken quesadilla with me as an "appetizer" and this thing was HUGE. Smoky tender chicken, bbq sauce and cheese inside, and large sides of guac, pico, and sour cream on the side. I was pretty stuffed after eating a ton of fresh warm chips and half of this thing. Hubby said he had "the best asada taco since forever" here. We both also each got a pastor super burrito (hey, we were super hungry!) which I saved for later. It was really good. I'd definitely go again and again. read more

A star cuz the servers were cool. But this is a HARD pass for me. My first uh-oh came when I dug into the complimentary bag of tortilla chips and the chip was stale. I ordered the flautas. The food was soggy, gummy, and unseasoned. It's churning in my stomach as we speak. Couldn't even finish half of it. The rest got tossed. The churros are slightly better than Costco's version (aka, Cinnamon Rock Sticks). Just...no. Super disappointing as I'd had my mind set on this meal and even skipped going to my go-to to try this spot (it was cheaper and my go-to while good, are rude AF!). But never again, no ma'am. read more

Simply divine. Came here on a random whim and it was delicious! Really great amount of food for the Cost, tasted authentic and the employees were really friendly and generous. If I'm ever in the area would not hesitate stopping here again. I added a picture but that was after I tore into the food, still looks really good :) read more

This is my new favorite burrito place in Mountain View. It is tucked away in a mini mall. The store is well lit and clean. You can watch the staff prepare your meal. I ordered the carne asada super burrito and was not disappointed. The ingredients were fresh and flavorful. Extra bonus star for automatically including chips and three different salsas. The photo has it on a 12" plate -- it's huge! read more

Came in and ordered fajitas, nachos and a taco salad. The fajitas I asked to add shrimp. The man at the front taking our order obviously was distracted and was on his phone. their quesadillas are incredible especially the supreme ones with carnitas. however sometimes, the in the supreme quesadillas, the meat has these weird flabby pieces (fat) and it is not delicious and has sometimes taken up the whole tortilla leaving no meat left. I do not like when that happens because it ruins my appetite. however if the meat does not have they taste absolutely incredible, and very juicy. read more
