Gisele, Fabio, and a third cleaner did an amazing job. They left our new house cleaner than what I thought possible and smelling great.They even removed their shoes without being asked! On a side note, Gisele and Miranda performed a walk-through before they began and spoke to Lorena, as my place was larger than the price I was quoted. Lorena asked me if it was alright if they charged me a little bit more, and I okayed it. I had used another company for the move-out clean of my old place, and a day later that owner called me to increase the price as her cleaners stayed longer than they were supposed to! My husband and I definitely recommend this company. We asked for a deep cleaning and they went above and beyond to deliver. The crew came at 3:30 and stayed until 9:30 pm. First of all, communication with the owner is quick and concise, and she always keeps on top of when the cleaners will come. Do not fall for the reviews which I did and regretted big time. I had scheduled(10-10.30 am arrival) the house move-in cleaning service, but the night before I got the message that I had to change the time. Later in the morning, I got the message that the cleaners will be arriving at the same time. I had contractors working in the house, based on the message in the night I asked them to extend the work until the cleaners arrive(1-130pm arrival). So the contractors couldn't work for 2 hours which I had to cover for the schedule changes. That's part of the problem, now talking about the cleaning. The cleaners, male and female started cleaning the house. I saw a few blinds that were still dusty, I informed the male cleaner, and he got upset and started shouting saying there is no dust. Now the first floor, there were some spots left uncleaned. The house was already remodeled, all it needed was a nice wiping, and dusting. But the cleaners took advantage of not cleaning it thoroughly. They left gloves on the floor, some areas are dusty. When I contacted the owner multiple times, she didn't offer any resolution rather she confronted saying I had to check everything before the cleaners left. Very disappointing experience after paying the highest quotes than others I had got from. Not only that I ended up paying another $100 for someone to come in to do spot checks with cleaning as my wife was upset as we were expecting guests the next day. And $150 to the contractors for the schedule change confusion. All in all worst experience, when discussed with family and friends who had recommended others gave me an earful falling for the reviews. Great reviews, so felt comfortable scheduling service for a new home. Home was very clean already, but just needed some overall freshening and extra TLC (sills, cabinets, baseboards, corners) since it had been shown for a while. Was late for the first appointment because the previous appointment ran over due to a very dirty home. They offered a lower price for us to wait, but our schedule would not permit. Rescheduled for next day, team was late and even though was told team would speak English so I could share cleaning directions - both cleaning team members did not speak English (they were pleasant though) Work was extremely medicore overall: vacuum - fine, wipe floors - minimal wipe walls - none wipe railings - none closet shelves and drawers - light wiping of eye level shelves bathrooms and kitchen - just wiped exterior countertops and toilet, don't even think they washed inside the bowl, didn't open cabinets or drawers to wipe or clean inside baseboards and sills - none, I did some myself because there was obvious dust hard to reach areas - none, except for an obvious dust bunny in the top corner of one closet Basically, if it wasn't obvious and they "saw" that it was clean, no work was done. I requested natural products, they used them, but they weren't generous enough with application and as most that clean know, with organic and natural products you MUST use more than conventional products to get the same level of clean. Was told that two hours = $300, but since it was a clean house, John shared that he could do it for $175. Sounded fair for a great reputation cleaner. Workers left after 1h40mins and the work was definitely not worth the $175. But because the workers probably don't know any better, I still tipped $30. If you have a dirty house or tenant, these guys are fine, but then again - if you have a dirty house or tenant, any cleaner is a step in the right direction. Disappointed and presume that if you keep your home in relatively clean fashion this company will unfortunately not give your money's worth and make you feel that you could have done it yourself But the point of hiring a service is that you can give yourself a break and perhaps they will do a much better job that you. read more

John immediately took my oven apart and started cleaning. They really did work hard, moved the oven and fridge to clean behind it and cleaned all around the appliances. When they left, I really was very satisfied.. so much that instead of the quoted 120 for a "deep cleaning" of my Kitchen and Bathroom, I paid them 230 dollars (all the cash I had in my home) John asked me about 4 times during inspection for me to leave a favorable yelp review.. and did the same via text message, so that night, I left a really nice review to help boost his business. Next morning however, when the sun was out, I noticed more than a few things that were not so good. For one, I was missing my favorite tumbler (45 euros), that I have brought back home from Paris on my last visit and that I used almost daily.. I texted John asking about the glass, even sending him a picture of it from the day before they came over (I took pics to record a before an after) but he and Lorena had no idea what I was talking about.. I really wished, they would just own up to it that they might have broken it or something.. but nothing like that came. Then I noticed a blue plate missing (Dinner plate, I have a set of 5, each one in a different bright color), A chip on another ceramic antique dish. The drawers were actually never emptied and dusted.. etc etc.. I ended up finishing the cleaning the following day for another 6 hours. Still, they had done a big job on the fridge and stove and certainly a lot more than the previous bunch. As far as my ceramics, I figured, everyone makes mistakes and things happen.. I was hoping they would mention it when they come over next time. Then, the next appointment.. 36 min late. When John arrived, I actually told him that this kind of lateness for the 2nd time was unacceptable for me and that I could not work this way. . I wanted to send him home but he pretty much didn't take no for an answer and kept talking until he changed my mind and I let him. And as soon as he walked in, another woman followed NOT Lorena! Which, he didn't tell me that he was bringing in a different person (I Had hired John AND Lorena) .. and this one, like the set from before, did not speak english, and did not have a lick of sense when it came to her cleaning technique, for example, I walked in and she was cleaning the shelf by individually removing a piece, wiping a moist towel under the spot and moving the item back.. the did that with all the items.. which is not only time-consuming .. but also, not as effective. When I did a quick walk thru with John in the Living room, I pointed out to take extra care w/ my DVD collection. 30 min later, I walk past the living room and I see that woman washing my dvd's with a moist dirty towel one by one.. are you serious.. a moist towel? a paper dvd cover? and then putting it back before it dry so it can really soak thru? One of the DVD shelves, John moved and in that process, he managed to put deep gashes (yes multiple) into my 80 year old inlay parket floor. I actually had to stop them from continuing to clean my living room and all the equipment etc.. to avoid damage that I am sure, they would never be able to cover. That day, when John and the other woman were there, was pure torture, I was anxious the entire time. Worried about them breaking and ruining the stuff I worked very hard to obtain. I was happy when they were both gone.. After they left (of course, it was dark again like last time because they started so late) I noticed plenty of dirt left.. DVD paper covers/cases bent (that will put the resell value from "like new" to "good" condition) Lesson Learned: hire a real company .. when in doubt, request proof of a business license/insurance. Workers authorization. So if things go wrong, you have a legal leg to stand on.. Its your property after all. And here you are inviting perfect strangers into your home that could do pretty much anything, and gather pretty much any info on you, your home and your property. I also highly doubt that these pictures are actual places they cleaned.. I would love for them to proof me wrong and post a business license.. Vital cleaning for that matter too... Yelp, should really have a system in place that only real registered and tax paying companies are allowed to post their business .. after all, this is a tool that up until now, I have used to find local small businesses.
