Honestly, not impressed with this place. I think it's an interesting concept and probably works well for people who can utilize the facilities frequently but wasn't a good fit for me.
I found this place on pulsd and had a pretty decent deal. But after signing up for emails, there's frequent promotions and the best deal I saw so far was probably 9 sessions for $99 that can be shared with others.
Try to come at their scheduled time because they do keep track of the time and you can have penalties if you stay beyond your allotted time. But they do give a 30 min extra grace period for showering/ changing.
The facilities are much smaller than I expected. There's basically the locker room/ shower rooms, then two saunas and then one cold plunge pool. There's a stretch class in the bigger sauna that you can participate in but my suggestion is if you're sensitive to heat or not used to saunas in general, skip it. We did the stretch class and while it wasn't a long session maybe 20 mins and simple stretches, I got heat exhaustion afterwards and was feeling quite nauseous for a while after.
There just isn't much to do there and again, I can see the appeal for people who live nearby or do this frequently as shorter sessions but it just wasn't very enjoyable to me. We came at an off peak time so it wasn't too busy but still a decent amount of people where the shower rooms could be full and there's only ONE hair dryer. Also we thought the water fountains were the ones that filled bottles but they were just regular water fountains. Highly suggest upgrading the water stations to refill bottles + can drink from. It was difficult to fill my bottle.
I highly recommend Korean spas for a more relaxed experience with more variety of saunas and pools. read more
