When I went back to pick up my dress before she could ruin that too- she could not find it for 20 minutes, then held my clothes hostage and refused to give them back or give me a refund for the clothes she ruined. My dress had to be taken in, but it was a tricky job as there was only once piece of lace and beading for the entire top.
