I have gone to tailors in Hampton Roads who have charged me twice the amount that Jae's charges, and I have not been able to wear my outfits because they were altered too tight and I could not sit down in them. I've been to less expensive tailors where their seam lines are crooked, thus causing pointy and puckered areas on my skirt, making my outfit unattractive looking.
