Came here on a Wednesday with a friend. I found this spot randomly looking for places to eat during lunch. I saw the reviews and pics of the bulgogi cheesesteak and definitely wanted to give the place a try. The place has a very chill vibe, not too bright and clean. Got the bulgogi cheesesteak ($15.95) with povolone and it was really good, flavorful and the portion size was pretty big. My friend got the tofu bowl which she was not a fan of and didn't really eat much of it and mentioned that it was not what she expected. I felt kinda bad since I picked the spot.. If you're in the mood for cheesesteak with an Asian fusion twist to it, I highly recommend Loopy's. * Good service * Happy hour drink specials available * Gender neutral restroom

found this place randomly and glad we did! they have a variety of korean fusion items, it was hard to choose what to try! the bento option was a good amount of food, had to take some home. the chicken was tender and yummy! the fried rice was not as flavorful as i personally would like it, but some enjoy that light flavor! the kimchi was a bit too sour for me but good flavor (also a personal preference). area and seating is very nice, great lunch spot, id def go again!

Delicious and really reasonable lunch special and amazing Thai tea! I'm shocked not more people were in here.

I was in the area with the colleagues for work & when it was time to get lunch, we happen to come across "Loopy's Eatery" & I'm so glad we did! There a specials posted outside the window & the "spicy ramen" definitely caught my eye because I love ramen. I had their spicy ramen with bulgogi beef & it was so good! The beef was tender, the ramen was perfect & broth flavorful with a little heat in the background. It was served with pickled radish on the side which was little sweet & crunchy & balanced out the heat in the background. One of my colleagues tried their bibimbap bowl (which I was seriously considering getting too) & it looked delicious & he said it tasted good. My other colleague had the French fry bowl & enjoyed it as well & said the shrimp was good. I had a Thai ice tea, (which if this is ever on any menu I have to get it) & it didn't disappoint. Trying out a new restaurant, you never know what you'll get it. I'm happy the food here was good & didn't disappoint. My only critique is, there isn't a pubic restroom, so hopefully with time that can change because when serving food, you should always have a restroom available in a sit down restaurant. I won't hold that against them, because the food was 5 stars & came out hot.

I came here on a Sunday evening with a friend and the staff was super friendly and seated me quickly! The menus were on iPads with was pretty cool. The food came out pretty quick. The decorations were pretty nice and I loved the bird themed chandelier. They also had a clean bathroom in the back. Beef Bulgogi Cheesesteak ($15.95) - I got this with provolone cheese and Yum yum sauce. I've never thought about a bulgogi beef cheesesteak combination before. There was a lot of meat, and this was pretty good and filling!

I understand the 5 star review and wonder why this place isn't more popular. A hidden gem in garment district! I got the lunch platter with spicy pork and was very satisfied with it. The sides were curry chicken and salad. Even though it didn't look like much, I was stuffed at the end! The best part was it was delicious. Can't wait to come back to try other things on the menu

Food 10/10 Simple and delicious. Most of the time when I eat out, I am by myself and I really just wanna something simple, quick and affordable. It's weird to say this but there are not that many places fits all these criteria in the city, but this is one of them Service 10/10 This is more like grab and go take out place rather than a sit down restaurant, but you have the sit down option. You pay first and get the food later. The fact that I don't have to pay the ridiculous high tip really makes me wanna come back here

Super affordable with large portions! This small Korean fusion restaurant was empty when we came in, but it was very clean and the staff was so friendly. Our order only took about 10-15 minutes to come out, and everything was delicious. The plating was adorable as well. Great value for equally great taste!

Are you all really closed? Are you reopening somewhere else? Been dying to try!

Sorry, but we are closed. We are planning to open another location, but it will be way up in NYC.

Can some dishes be prepared without black or white pepper? (I have a pepper allergy)

Yes, the Bibim Bop bowls, platters, and burritos can be made without any pepper spices. Just make sure to request no carrots for the bibim bop bowl, and white rice for any other entree. Hope this helps.

Food: Heres what I've tried. Fried chicken wings with lemongrass sauce--- Topped with cilantro, Thai ginger chips, and fresh mint leaves--so flavorful it goes straight to the bones. Perfectly sized, not too big or too small. OMG, it was really, really good. The aroma alone is already mouthwatering, and the umami is just next level. If our friends took too long we'd just start eating, but for now we were happy to sit, have drinks, and wait. Even after that, she still seemed hesitant to seat us, which was a little annoying, although I understand that policies are policies. Once we finally sat down, things got more frustrating because staff came over three or four times reminding us that we only had an hour and 30 minutes to dine. At first it felt like genuine concern since some of our friends were still arriving and they wanted to make sure everyone had enough time to eat. But after a while it started feeling less like concern and more like pressure to hurry up and leave, especially considering the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. From what I could tell there wasn't a crowd outside waiting to get in either. The mood definitely shifted once they realized we were a large party ordering plenty of food and drinks. Our bill ended up being just under $1,000, and it honestly felt like once they saw we weren't going to camp out over a couple of cocktails and were actually spending money, the energy changed completely. That part was a little irritating. That said, our server was genuinely very polite. Even while giving us the occasional "just so you know, you have this much time left" reminder, he remained friendly throughout the night. At the end he told us that if everyone left a Google review we'd each get a free drink, which was kind of funny because suddenly nobody seemed too concerned about the time limit anymore, especially since it took a while for those drinks to come out. Still, this place is gorgeous, very swanky, and the food is packed with flavor. Despite the awkward start and the constant reminders about the clock, we ended up having a really good time. It's definitely a unique and welcome addition to Hell's Kitchen.

Best way to describe this is luxe Asian or bougie Chinese. If you are fan of top Chef it would be called soigné. We had three of the hot apps, Foie gras, lobster shumai with caviar and morel mushroom with spinach crystal dumplings. After that we're deciding between the quail and beef tenderloin wok dishes. Since the quail was spicy went with tenderloin which came with small serving of rice. All the food was great. I felt the crystal dumpling needed a kicked and they brought Out there house soy and hot vinegar sauce. For drinks I tried there mix of a classic martini with an old fashioned and after discussions with there somm who nicely recommended a more affordable bottle that would meet our needs got the Chardonnay by glass as a bottle. Enjoyed the meal though likely spent 5 times what usually spend on Chinese place mainly due to cost of alcohol. Place is well designed with a look similar to Butter downtown with the arched ceiling mixed with with the sound dampening feature of similar design of bar Boulod. Will return to try the quail and the lobster spring rolls and if they keep to this standard will increase rating to 5.

The beef fried rice was delicious and came in a generous portion size, making it easy to share. The chicken wontons were also well prepared and packed with flavor. The standout dish for me, though, was the ginger beef noodles. The noodles were cooked perfectly, and the beef was tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Easily my favorite item of the night and something I'd order again without hesitation. Service was another bright spot. The staff was attentive throughout the evening, and our servers were always quick to help whenever we needed anything. Even with the restaurant being busy, they stayed on top of everything. The one disappointment was the truffle fries. I've had better truffle fries at small neighborhood spots. They lacked both the flavor and presentation I'd expect from a restaurant at this price point, especially compared to how strong the rest of the meal was. Overall: Brooklyn Chop House delivered a fun atmosphere, great service, and some standout dishes. Between the energy of the crowd, the ginger beef noodles, and the attentive staff, it was a memorable experience. Just skip the truffle fries and put that money toward another appetizer or cocktail.

The restaurant definitely has a cool vibe and is very clean. Our server, Ivo, was amazing from the start; prompt and friendly service. For starters we shared the oxtail spring rolls, spare ribs, and lobster spoons. Joe said it best when he said "I don't want any other oxtail. The spring rolls were tender and flavorful and I loved the dipping sauce they came with. Those ribs?! *chefs kiss* we must have made a scene while eating them because as another table was leaving, they stopped to ask us how the ribs were and the regret they had after seeing them arrive at our table. Now, those lobster spoons?? Mm mm MM! The beurre blanc the lobster sat in was buttery and super tasty, but that wasn't even the best lobster dish I ended up having. My our entrees I got the Sei Less Signature Lobster Noodles and Joe got the Filet Mignon and Broccoli. Good lord those noodles were delicious. They used thick udon, the WHOLE lobster, and the sauce that everything sat in was so rich. I also couldn't get over how beautiful this dish was. Joe's filet was exactly what you'd expect; tender and full of flavor. This is what you wish they could serve when you order beef and broccoli at your local Chinese spot lol! & you know we always have to end with a little treat. We kept it modest and went with the yuzu cheesecake served with a lychee ice cream. The lychee ice cream was such a nice mild balance to the richness of the cheesecake. There was also a yummy brittle served with the dessert that gave a nice bite to the whole dish. Simple delicious. I know this will not be our last visit. We had the Vanilla Creme Brulee for dessert which we shared and it was just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess. Nothing was overpowered. Like I said, i will be back at some point. The food was fresh and good quality. They get two thumbs up from me!! If you love Asian cuisine, you will not be disappointed! Next time your friends ask if you want to go eat somewhere, Sei Less!
