They left me high and dry with pool totally green and told me via email after three weeks of not servicing my pool. For many weeks, I kept compaining that the pool was getting green. Finally after I wrote to them, they told me they stopped coming three weeks back. When asked why they would do such a thing, they started yeling at me and telling me how to use internet. Absolutely unrelaible, pathetic and unprofessional. Don't let them in your backyard.

It was still leaking. I previously had Chris clean the DE filter about a year ago. I called Chris a week ago and he said he would come on Wednesday July 17 with a used Jandy filter to replace the DE filter. He quoted me a price of $750 which included the cartridges. I thought the price was reasonable. He also gave me a 2 year warranty on the filter. He came on Wednesday July 17 with Jesus who helped him install the Jandy filter. He did haul away the bad DE filter. The pool seems to be working fine now. I would recommend this company to others looking for pool repairs.

It is rare to find that level of care and attention to detail these days. Highly recommend

They have their own crew (do not outsource most of the job - exception concrete hard scape and coping/tile), I was impressed how polite they all were, and how hard they worked staying late to get the job done, ALWAYS cleaning the job site. Joy Pool Service is the best pool service we have ever had in our lifetime of pools. Phil is very…read moremeticulous in his cleaning and repairs, and takes his time, which is obvious by the cleanliness and sparkle of my pool year round. Most of my former pool services spent very little time on their weekly cleaning services and by the time the following week's cleaning arrived, the pool was a mess. Many times I'd be lucky if they were there for 5-10 minutes....if not a few minutes. Phil's weekly cleaning services are thorough and professional and he will remain cleaning until he walks away with sparkles and all equipment is working perfectly. Every time! Not only is Phil knowledgeable, professional, and thorough in everything he does, he is the nicest, most honest, and kindest person. We always looked forward to seeing Phil, not to mention my golden retriever couldn't wait for him to show up so she could greet him and try to steal his towels in a game of keep away. Phil always played along :) I should have written this review long ago, but now that we've moved out of state---Boy, do we miss him! I HIGHLY recommend Phil for all your swimming pool needs, you won't be disappointed!

The final straw was when I asked him to switch out a valve that took me 2 minutes to do and he wanted 25.00 to do it. The guy is very good but I have had Pool cleaners for many years and I allowed him to take advantage of me in many ways.... Be Cautious with this Guy, Trust me...
