I left 3 text messages and even gave him an out to say he no longer wanted the business so I could get other quotes and he did not even respond to that. I suppose it is best to know ahead of time that the person you hire will not be responsive.

Many months ago, I decided to resurrect my hot tub as both my wife and I are afflicted with arthritis and get a lot of comfort from the hot tub. But, my pump was bad, my motor was bad, and my filter had a hole in the case. I called K&J about getting the pump motor repaired. Mike Guido was most helpful. He came out to my house picked up the motor and the pump. (I felt guilty because my modest 40 year old hot tub was such an insignificant thing, but he treated me as though I had it an olympic sized pool ! ) He returned in a couple of days with the new motor ready to install , a repaired pump and a new filter. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete that installation just then, and just now got everything installed and turned on. but I had a filter leak, I contacted Mike today and told him that I had bought the filter some time ago from him, and oil was likely out of warranty, but it had a leak I thought was a mfg defect. Mike could not have been more helpful, he talked to the mfgr and they are sending him some new parts which HE will install as soon as they arrive, We are very pleased! I just hope he has some really expensive pools to take care of. He'll sure have all my business.

They left me high and dry with pool totally green and told me via email after three weeks of not servicing my pool. For many weeks, I kept compaining that the pool was getting green. Finally after I wrote to them, they told me they stopped coming three weeks back. When asked why they would do such a thing, they started yeling at me and telling me how to use internet. Absolutely unrelaible, pathetic and unprofessional. Don't let them in your backyard.
