If you've just been in an…read moreaccident, the last thing you need is more damage and stress, but that's exactly what this place gave me. My car was sent here only to be inspected -- not repaired, not touched, not taken apart. And yet, when I got it back, it was completely violated: My seat covers were torn off the strap's were cut Both mirrors were tampered with and broken My visors were ripped off And worst of all, they cut off my steering wheel cover There was zero reason for anyone to be inside my vehicle. This wasn't part of any repair order. I had photo documentation of exactly how my car looked before it was taken to them -- so I know for a fact none of this damage existed before. They take no accountability for what happened and offered no explanation. It's clear they don't respect customers, their property, or professional boundaries. If your insurance suggests this place -- say no. You are not required to use their recommended shops. Protect yourself and your car. I repeat: STAY AWAY from this place.

I was home all day waiting to hear from them. Then they told the insurance company that they called and there was no answer and no voicemail, which is absolutely FALSE. I did not have a single missed call, and my voicemail worked fine. Then I left two messages for them and waited on hold for an hour before they disconnected me. NO ONE ANSWERED and no one called back. Horrible business.

I provided the exact stock number, and she brought the car out for us, so everything seemed fine at first. After looking at the car, I asked to go over numbers without running my credit, and she agreed. Shortly after, Mohammed came over with pricing but it was for a completely different (and more expensive) car. When I pointed that out, he told me the car I asked for wasn't available, which didn't make sense because we had just seen it and it was supposedly the one brought out for us. I didn't like the numbers, so they said they would "see what they could do." My parents and I then sat there waiting... and waiting... for about 40 minutes. We were the only customers in the dealership, and during that time, I could clearly see Mohammed and the other employee in the office talking and laughing, completely ignoring us. Eventually, we got up and left. What's even more surprising is that we walked right past them on the way out, and they didn't even acknowledge us or realize we were leaving. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. We will definitely not be coming back. On a positive note, we went to Nissan Downey afterward and got an AMAZING deal and much better service.

I have been a Toyota owner for the past 13 years and truly never thought I would drive anything other than a Toyota. But the moment I test drove the Honda, I completely fell in love with it -- and so did my 9-year-old! Although the entire process, from the test drive to finally getting the keys, was long and a bit exhausting, David and Amalia made the experience feel warm and comfortable for us. By the time we were wrapping up, it was already past dinner time, and they made sure we had snacks and beverages. David even gave my son his entire medium pizza because he was so hungry -- which we thought was incredibly kind (and honestly pretty funny!). David worked as quickly as he could to help us get through the finance process and get us on our way. Amalia was incredibly sweet and even helped me clean out my Prius so I could transfer everything into my new car and get home faster. I also want to thank Shaddi, who really made the deal happen by getting my monthly payment even lower than what I had asked for. That meant a lot and truly made the purchase possible for me. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful and exhausting process into a really memorable experience. I had already confirmed the appointment. However, I received two phone calls from an unknown number today. Once at work. I was not able to answer. The second at home in the evening. The call came in when I was having dinner at home with my family. I answered. My mother overheard the phone call and found out about her surprise appointment tomorrow. The surprise that I had planned for her was ruined. I do not appreciate the high pressure sales environment. If that's how you guys handle loyal customers that aren't there yet, I can only imagine how much pressure you guys will force when I'm there. I am really upset and disappointed. I like Mr. Rivera that's why I specifically reached out to him to handle all of needs. I do not need anyone else calling me multiple times at work and at home. If I made an appointment I do not need anyone else involved to remind me of what I need to do. At just a few days away from my 32nd birthday I think that I am old enough to not be treated like a child by you guys reminding me of my schedule. As I said before. I like Mr. Rivera. Unfortunately, I am canceling my appointment for tomorrow and indefinitely. You ruined the special moment I had planned. DO NOT CALL ME OR EMAIL ME ANYMORE!
