I was super excited for an experience that I paid for on 9/1, but when I got to Longmont Social, the doors were locked and no one was inside. Therefore, I did not get what I paid for. On 9/1/24, I called the company and left a voicemail regarding the situation. On 9/3/24, Adam called me apologizing, and promised to provide me with a refund and "freebies" for their failure to notify me that they were not open. He shared that he thought someone else tried to contact me (which I know they didn't, because I never received an email or call back) - and he said that he would follow up with me personally. Unfortunately, neither happened.
My credit card has been charged for an experience that the company did not provide - which, legally, is theft. I'm not typically someone that jumps to the internet to share a company's faults - however, I've called the company numerous times and I've had to leave a couple voicemails without any response. On 9/5 and 9/6, I left my number and 2 email addresses that I can be contacted at, and no one has gotten back to me! I know this is a new company, but it's been nearly a week without a refund, phone call back, or receipt of the email that Adam promised he'd send. It's incredibly bad business to steal a customers money, promise to make it up to them personally, and then continue to screen their calls. I would not recommend this company - which is really unfortunate given that it looked like it could be a fun place to hangout. read more
