First time here and I had ask for a hand made design which they do have in front at desk of their shop for show. The lady who did my acrylics told me she doesn't do that and no one does that in her shop. Asked about the things up front and she changed the subject. They gave me stickers instead and it turned out fine at the end. I was just disappointed about not being able to get what I wanted. The thing that got me mad was I also got a pedicure and the lad didn't file or did my cuticles on my toes. She did 2 minutes of plying with my feet basically and just focused on the extras I paid for which was the scrub and lotion... It's been 2 days and stickers and the "gel" nail polish is all scratched and ruined on my hands. So either I didn't get gel nail polish or it's the cheapest version of gel polish. Overall I had a pretty bad experience here. Foment think I'm going to come back. read more

So I'm 8 months pregnant and clearly visibly 8 months pregnant, and I had just come next door from little Caesar's pizza to get some food first, had to use the restroom really bad and asked if I could use the restroom, and she immediately told me no in a very lack of compassionate way. I was about to ask about getting my nails and feet done, and a pedicure for my husband who was still next door for the food, but the way she responded and the fact that the she would actually turn away a pregnant woman from using the restroom... I was disgusted and just said "ok, no problem" and walked back out. It was my first time coming here as I recently bought a home in the area and it will be the last time I ever come. Truly hurt my feelings more than anything. People can be so mean, cruel, insensitive, and careless, and I hope they decided to do better in the future as that is horrible for business in general. read more

And this lady cut me 2 times and I told her and she just kept filing and told her it's hurting and she put yellow powder and kept going, didn't even get a new file cuz there was blood on it. When I was done I went to Lyly and her husband and told them in private and they still charged me $25 for it. Not to mention the little ships on my pinky when she cut for the coffin shape. After giving the new owner (Lyly) several chances on honoring appointments I must say it's been great while it lasted. They don't honor appointments & book 4-5 appointments for the same time. Nina (the other nail tech) takes her time with the your nails. I love her work but it's sucks to have to wait over an 1hr+ even when you've made an appointment several weeks in advance. read more

kinda sad and disappointed, i been here a couple times and was here when they first opened. lily is great but the last two times i went here for a pedicure was not it. the prices are up a little more now, but the quality is not worth it imo. my pedicure was as fast as 15 min, i spent more time waiting to get it done. the lady who did mine barely scrubbed my feet, and didn't even clean under my nails when that should be a given. at least i would think so. my mom and sister had their pedis started before me and i literally finished just a couple minutes after, so maybe it was just the lady who did my pedicure. read more

I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure, I spent $50 on what I consider one of the sloppiest job I have ever seen or had, that is, gel and nail polish are all over my skin around my nails and toes. I had to asked a couple of times to fix it, especially my toes, because it first had black stains and air bubbles, and then it was so uneven and bumpy. I finally asked her to remove the nail polish and redo it again because it was uneven and you could see the middle of my big toenail, a huge dip. It just didn't look right. I finally gave up because even after asking them to fix my nails, they were still bumpy and uneven. read more

I called ahead of time. They gave me a time to come in and then I get here. Waited over thirty minutes before being see . Only have DND. Maybe 3-4 OPI colors. Picked one of the OPI colors. Told them I didn't like DND. She files most of my nails before I noticed she filed them all square. She never asked me. She had to refile them round. Then soaks my hands in cold water. Also extremely hot none of their air units were on. She ends up using DND base and top coat. Never gave me a hand massage. No lotion. No warm towel. Big glob of nail polish on side of finger she never removed it or cleaned it off. Then tried to pay their credit card machine didn't work. Waited like ten minutes to figure out it was an internet issue. Won't be back. read more
