First time going to this nail salon and wouldn't go back had somebody do me and my daughter nails that barely understood English. Every color that I picked from the color chart she said they did not have. I picked a color for my daughter and the lady kept saying to pick another color because glitter would cost $10 extra , I've never heard of a nail salon charging extra for glitter instead of the color my daughter picked which was a purple glitter the lady just put a clear glitter on her feet which looked horrible ! I could've did a better job. Her gel nails peeled the same night she got into the tub and later 3 more just peeled off. They rush and expect a tip. This nail salon is my new favorite in Carson/Torrance area! The staffs are super friendly. For gel manicure it is $22 and regular pedicure is $16 (it comes with foot scrub) what more can you ask for? They don't charge extra if you want to change the color to matte or have multiple colors. They do charge extra $1 for credit card, make sure u bring cash! They reply really fast through Instagram which is important to me because I can book ahead and just walk in at the time . Let's start with the fact that they are very unprofessional. I had an appt. @ 11 am with Nina. When I walked in she was barely starting a full set on another costumer. I waited over an hour. Lyly just kept on sitting & working on walk ins. & not once did she approach me or even notice me. After the fact I was waiting so long LyLy tried to sit here & make an excuse & said "Sometimes we cant do the appointment at exact time because we're busy" so then why have people make an appointment? This isn't the first time this had happened. Lyly is always rushes her sets, she does a full set in 30 mins. It's just ridiculous. They are always under staff. They tell you it's a 15 mins wait & turns out to be a 45 mins wait. They don't care if you're on a time schedule because they will work on you when they are ready. I've got my nails done here before & they would break in less than 2 weeks. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP AT ALL! read more

I have had terrible luck with nail shops in my area so I decided to venture out a little and find something new. I hopped on yelp and found this little gem & decided to give it a shot. As I arrived I noticed the parking lot was small but f you get there early like I did it won't be a problem. If not there is ample street parking. I went on a Wednesday & was greeted by Jennifer and told to sit down, she began working on my fill immediately. I came in at around 12:00PM on Friday, October 2, 2020 were I waited almost an 1 and 30 minutes to be serviced. I was not at all impressed with the service at all. My pedicure was fast, the lady didn't even properly cut down or clean toes. Then I get my nails done by Lin or lily I believe, she's the person in charge as she handles all the money. First off she rushed, I had to tell her you know can you put some more powder here, can you put some more pain here etc.. Also, the nails were very thick then I accidentally scraped one of the nails her response "I didn't do that". I don't care who did it I'm in your chair I'm sitting here I haven't left can you please fix it? Like damn I waited patiently for you guys and you can't fix my nail? She did but again nails were very sloppy, thick, and overall ugly. Furthermore, she was rushing because her usual appointment customers were coming in and they were getting impatient. She kept telling them "Don't Leave, Don't Leave". Can you finish my nails before you worry about the next person? I was here first. I came here once before service was fine, won't be returning after this trip. Especially because this was for my birthday. My total here was $55 for a basic pedicure and acrylic nail set. I ended up going to Hands and Feet Nail Salon on Avalon Blvd, where I had to pay an additional $28 dollars for them to fix the nails they best they could and do a color change. Even here the lady made me aware that the nails were "bumpy" and "uneven" which is something I didn't even notice. She told me come here next time we will take care of you properly. i'm actually pretty disappointed with my experience here. i understand a wait time with an appointment but I waited 2 hours to get my nails done and the paint was done sloppy. they didn't even clean my cuticles. the prices were good but it's barely been two weeks and the paint is already coming off on the tips, the flower design looks horrible. the only good thing is that this girl was nice enough to repaint my nails and make sure there were no bubbles, i wish i knew her name. read more

I just moved into the area and decided to come here because it's so close to my new home, I will not be returning. I arrived about an 1h 30min before the closing time, I had called ahead to see if they would be able to take me in due to it be an hour before closing & person who answered told me to come in with no worry. I arrive and I'm seated right away, awesome! The person who did my nails was very nice at first, but once she started on my nails she was extremely rough on my hands. As we got closer to their closing time her work got sloppier. I asked for a coffin shape, as I normally do at my usual place. Half of my nails where coffin shaped and the other half where squared. I have never had a set of acrylics that where so THICK and uneven. The polish was painted on so sloppy & despite them telling me to come in when I called and not to worry about the closing time they where kicking me out with a full set of acrylics that where not fully dry. On top of the sloppy work, the person who was doing my nails asked that I pay before she got started...I don't know about anyone else but I have never ever been asked to pay before I see the work that is done. I rather drive an hour to my usual spot then to come back here leave with cuts on my hands and being kicked out. Let me just mention at my usual spot I have been with my nail tech after closing because she makes sure to take her time in doing her work and that I get my money's worth. I would not recommend this place at all. My first time here and it was very unpleasant. I walked in and was told I was next but not given a time. As I was sitting for like 15min another client walked in I'm assuming she's a regular bc he proceeded to tell her it was busy today but that didn't stop him from allowing her to take my time slot. I notice them talking and kept looking over at us so I asked if I was next and they told me no because the person that had just walked in.i expressed to him that he didn't tell me that when I walked in.but he didn't make a valid excuse and just shrugged so I told him I would pass and left. The feeling that I got from this place was that they discriminate against appearance, bc I walked in my sweats and the other person in heels. He also offered her a beverage as soon as she walked in. I was not offered and neither was anyone else since they look over at the exchange they were having. As he turn he realized all eye where on him and the exchange that had just occurred and how biased he was being .he proceeded to ask the rest if they would like a beverage.
