However, I still waited like 25 minutes before being called and being left alone for another 20 in one of the pedicure chairs. They cut me while doing my pedicure, and my mom got a full set that was barely passable. Only reason I paid was because I didn't want to be an asshole. My experience was sub par. The salon is located in a small shopping center with out ample parking. I had to park on the street in a residential area (at 6pm too). Very friendly workers, $22 for a gel manicure is a good price. The services over all I am not satisfied with. I choose #62 on the sample nails, which seemed to be a semi sparkly purple/blue. Honestly you can't apply 5 coats to the sample nails then apply 3 to mine and expect the color to be the same, and I think that's where the disconnect in color inconsistency is coming from. (I had to ask for 3 coats as well, because after 2 coats the nail tech said this color is very clear. Well, no according to your sample nail it's not). My cuticles were cut & then my hands placed into a plastic water dish. During the process of applying my base coat the tech began cutting my cuticles again multiple times. They should have been cut properly from the beginning to avoid this. My nails are lumpy, the color is inconsistent throughout and the bottom corner of every nail has a lump of color & the tips are overall missing color. The job does not look professional. Wine was offered to some customers and not others, which isn't polite. I was asked 3 times if I wanted a pedicure. Over all this salon is a location I will not return to. read more

I DO NOT recommend this place I went out my way to set an appointment. I got there on time they customer service was horrible. Yelling at me in front of all the other costumers because I asked how long it would take to do my nails . It's made me feel so uncomfortable to where I had to leave. I had a poor experience at the salon that was located here previously so I hoped this experience wouldn't be similar to that one. The staff is friendly and welcoming; there was self-served caramel popcorn for waiting clients. The polish is organized and there are a plethora of regular and gel polish colors. However, I am disappointed in the quality of service I received. I had a basic manicure and pedicure and the woman that did it (she was very sweet!) rushed through them. She didn't put a top coat on my toenails and didn't put a base coat on my nails. No big deal; just thought it was a strange to forget those steps since they make a difference when it comes to longevity of polish wear. My nails look awful up close; polish is noticeably uneven. Also, as another reviewer mentioned, their sanitation is questionable... I was told that workers have "many tools" in their portable station, but I don't know how accurate that is. I hope so! Maybe regular mani and pedis aren't their strong suit like acrylic sets seem to be?? read more

First time coming here. They're well staffed so it wasn't much of a wait for a walk in. I got a manicure & pedicure. The staff is nice but the owner is very rude and harsh with how she treats customers. my ladies were very nice but two different ladies worked on both my hands and feet T the same time so I was uncomfortable the whole time twisting my body to offer my hands to the lady. Because it was two different ladies working in my feet the quality of each was very different. My toes were a darker shade of blue ( which is what I ideally wanted) but my manicure was too light. I wish she would've added another layer. They came out okay, not bad but not good. My total was $65 for the set . Kinda pricey for okay nails. they could def work on customer service. I felt rushed by having both mani and pedi being done at the same time, not enough time for another coat, & the manager was so mean that a customer walked out without paying because she was so rude to her. I was so unhappy with the type of service i received here. I came on a Wednesday a little before 3pm, everything was going fine until she asked me if i wanted to upgrade my pedicure. I said no and that's when things got bad. First she didn't know how to paint my toes with gel. She literally put 4 coats on my toes before putting it in the UV light. Ok whatever my toes didn't look bad, but the moment more people walked in she started rushing. I get it you guys are getting busy BUT half these people had appointments with someone else so their shouldn't be a need for you to rush. Now let's get to my mani..... i have never had such a bad mani before. She cut my nails way too short to were it burns when i put my hands in the UV light. She kept adding more nail polish on the tips of my nails to were it's super thick at the tip and a thin layer at the bottom... on my left thumb she did 2 layers added the top gel coat and then ADDED another 2 layers of nail polish on it. I actually stopped her and she why is she doing that? She said nothing. Not to mention she forgot to put the top coat on my right hand and started to put oil and stuff... i had to tell her she forgot the coat... all she did was laugh... i just don't understand how do you forget this things when this is what you do!? The first visit here was excellent but the second visit was terrible. I came in to remove my acrylics and she cut them to make them shorter and proceeded to pry them off instead of soaking them in acetone. I kept telling her she was hurting me but she continued until I told her to stop and soak my nails. She soaked my nails for 30 seconds then started to pry again. Her prying ripped some of my nail off my nail bed and I just received a "sorry" sorry won't fix the damage you just caused. The owner came to try to finish her job but didn't remove all of the acrylic off my nail. Then I got switched to another woman to do a manicure but there was acrylic still on my nails. She didn't take the rest off and continued to do my manicure with cold water. I paid and left which I shouldn't have paid since she damaged my nail bed and I have to take the rest of the acrylic off my nail myself. Very terrible experience read more

Mediocre experience. I wanted to try out this place because of the good prices they had. My pedicure was ok but my manicure wasn't very good. The nail tech cut me when she was trimming my cuticles in the beginning which I was like ok no big deal people make mistakes. But after my nails were done she started trimming my cuticle again (a different finger). Although I thought my cuticles were already trimmed enough and she started picking at it and cut it. I originally wrote a review under an emotional state of mind, so I deleted it because it was unfair. The three stars are for the actual work that was done, I was happy with how my nails looked. The remaining 2 stars that are missing are for meh service: 1. I said I wanted the same color on my hands and feet but the tech misplaced the color when I returned from the bathroom 2. My chair didn't work and I wasn't offered a different chair despite the fact there were three other ones open 3. Once my pedicure was done I was told to wait by on tech and was told to move by another tech before being given a total due 4. I didn't see a "cash only" sign although the owner did mention there was a sign, I probably missed it. I value service and environment equally as much as I value the actual work and I think this salon still has a little bit of work to do. read more

I decided to give this place a try based on a referral and man do I regret it. I made an appointment and when I got there no one greeted me for 10 min, by the time I sat down for my services 25 min later I told the tech I had a lot of cuticle and she cut me and it hurt and I bled instantly! She didn't apologize or offer to put anything on it. After seeing her incompetence I decided I no longer wanted their services. They weren't able to do my nails and toes at the same time so I would have been there forever. I walked out and called the place i normally go to and they took me immediately as a walk in a i left happy with my services. I guess if it's not broken don't fix it. The 1 star for this place is because in the long time i waited they had a decent color and design selection, but who knows if it's their work because I noticed it's from Pintrest not work someone there did. I hate leaving negative reviews, but my toe still hurts! And I'm big on customer service and this place just didn't do it for me. I can't believe I have to give this place 1 star definitely might be racist from the other positive reviews I read. I read so many positive reviews of this place thought I'd check it out I called, made an appointment and got there I wasn't even greeted for at least 10 minutes I decided to give them the benefit of doubt because they looked really busy then a lady asked me sit down at a station that had Saran Wrap where I was supposed to get my pedicure didn't say I'll get that off for you nothing had to wait sitting there for another 10 minutes then she finally came and asked what I wanted no smile, no welcome you're a new customer how did you hear about us? Nothing just what do you want! Then she grabbed my hands to look at my nails so rudely that was it for me I told her she was rude and this is not the way you treat a customer and left before my service even started. The best nail salon I've ever been to. I came here for the first time last Friday with my sister & 2 year old niece, & the customer service is what made this place amazing to me. I got a pedi, full set & my eyebrows done here, while my sister & niece also got their nails done. Everything they did for us came out beautifully. & on top of that, all of the workers were so nice & considerate. When my niece started crying, they didn't get mad or give us dirty looks. They were all really kind & understanding & even gave my niece a quarter to get some candy from the little machines they had by the cash register. Furthermore, my nail tech noticed the eczema on my hand & gave me a whole tube of some cream to help with it. & that cream has been working really well ever since!
