I actually have to wait for my food. They have several summer specials and one being miso salmon bowl & miso, Edamame rice I like rice, I'll get that with my shrimp skewer. However, there are kiosks you can order off of or you can order via the app, or even tableside via a QR Code. He was helpful and answered my question. I asked if the Root Beer came with free refills since it was a float and the dispenser is behind the counter. He told me the Root Beer has free refills and if I wanted more Ice Cream, there would be an additional charge. I think it is the same price as buying a cone for $0.99. I can't remember, but I remember thinking I would've just bought the cone and put the ice cream in my mug & eaten the cone. I requested the Frosty Mug. I actually thought I ordered the keepsake mug, but the total for my float was less than the cost of the mug, so I knew I wasn't keeping the mug. I truly enjoyed my Root Beer Float especially after walking up and down Main Street in Downtown Visalia for a few hours in the heat. It was smooth and delicious! I couldn't resist getting the refill on the Root Beer! I made sure to save a little ice cream from the first fill. I'm glad I stopped in for the Root Beer Float! Maybe I'll try some hot food next time!

Ordering is always fast and easy but by the time I got up to the window I had realized how many calories I had ordered and was kind of sorry that I had chosen a milkshake. I did ask at the window and they were able to switch it to a diet soda so that made me feel a lot because I know the burger and fries were more than enough calorie wise. I got my tried and through number one double double animal style and regular fries. Hadn't been able to have anything here for a couple of years as we don't have one nearby but it was definitely worth the drive. I was so miserably stuffed before I even was done with my burger but they have such a good fresh taste you just can't help yourself. Fries here are either a love or hate thing and I happen to love them so with that in a giant drink with really nice ice I was a happy camper. Only wish there was one close to me so I could visit more often. And for anybody who is not familiar with In-N-Out yes the lines in the drive-through are worth it!

Albert was one of the sweetest and most polite people I've encountered. He took my order, repeated it back to me, and asked if there was anything else I would like. When our order was ready, he brought it out to us, and when there was a mistake with part of my order, he took care of it right away and brought the correct order to our table. He was so polite, had a wonderful smile, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
