The shower door now appears to be out of alignment. The receptionist, who is very sweet and considerate, asked me to video the closing and opening of the door and I sent it to her on 07/29/2026. I have called countless times since, and spoken with the receptionist, and other associates who answer the phone without success. I have been promised countless times that they are going to send someone to take care of the issue. They never call me back or send anyone. The amount of phone calls, in addition to stopping by the office location personally amounts to enough time and effort spent on my part trying to get them to come and address my issue. They really have disappointed me. I had written a beautiful review after the initial install and now regret doing so. Knowing that it is a family owned and operated business, I would certainly expect better customer service. I called again just yesterday, spoke with a man and explained to him that I was supposed to be hearing back from Shamus as to when he could come. It was explained to me that Shamus is the owner's son, so he should clearly understand the importance of good customer service. Shamus got on the phone with me just yesterday, and abruptly said, "I never told you I was coming today. He went on to say, "I have to coordinate a truck, and I will get back to you with a date and time." I asked again, so you will be calling me back? He said, "yes." He really annoyed me when he said, I never told you I was coming today. The true fact is I was told during countless phone conversations with the office receptionist that she would be sending someone. I have been given this same answer countless times and nobody ever calls back and nobody ever comes. It is a rude and inconsiderate way to run a business. I am not sure that Howie, the owner is still actively involved in the business, but he clearly should know the lack-luster attitude towards customers who are in need of a repair. The only asset is the receptionist. She is very kind and considerate.

I received three quotes for the sliding glass door. Andersen quoted me at $6,800 (of course, it was $9,700 but then their magical discounts brought it into the high 6's) and Power quoted me at $5,800 (of course, if I signed RIGHT THEN AND THERE, it would be $5,100 only). They also both told me that it would be 7-10 weeks for install. Window World quoted me at around $4,000 for the door and within 3 weeks of putting down a deposit, I had a new door and window. The door is perfect and has built-in blinds that open/shut and raise/lower. The window is gorgeous - I took their recommendations and went with the awning-style window instead of one that goes up and down (they called this Double Hung). Absolutely fantastic service from Bill and Matt, as well. The installation took about 3 hours and was done perfectly.

At this time the windows were installed. All 18 casements, bay window and sliding glass door. I couldn't be happier with the 2 day install for windows and flashing that they replaced throughout the outside of the house. I don't necessarily believe this was the installer's fault--it may have been a defective keypad. I ordered a replacement myself and simply asked the owner if someone could come back to swap it out. He replied but didn't give me a straight answer, he was actually nasty. I've sent multiple text messages over the past weeks. The lack of communication and customer service has been extremely disappointing. When you spend a lot of money with a company, you expect them to stand behind their work and at least return a customer's message. It's frustrating that such a small service request has been completely ignored. Because of this experience, I can no longer recommend this company. A quality installation is important, but so is customer service after the job is complete.

Jeff quoted us $8,800+ for the job not including the price of tiles. He offered to throw in the tiles at no additional cost if we were willing to make a decision on the spot. There were minor communication issues with Jeff throughout getting job done, but all is well that ends well. The guys working (Nacho/Oscar/Danny/etc) were all very professional and respectful which goes a long way. It took about 7 days start to finish to get the job done. We are satisfied with the work and Jeff said the labor is warranted for as long as we live in the home. We were also taken back when we found out that they were actually going to consider the job finished without painting the bathroom. I was told they don't usually include painting the bathroom and would've left the new drywall completely exposed and we would have to pay someone else to paint. I found that to be absolutely ludicrous and when I expressed that to Jeff, he "did us the favor" of having them paint the bathroom and I had to buy the paint. We also had to buy the shower door and luckily it was delivered on the last day of the project but Jeff did say they would come back to do the installation if the door was delivered at a later date. We also decided to use this company to install a new fence for $12,500. It took about 4 days to complete but they took apart our old fence several days prior to being able to start the project without communicating first which was very frustrating. The two guys who worked on the fence were fantastic, they worked really hard and took no shortcuts that I could see to ensure the new fence would be really sturdy against the crazy winds we get in my area. We had to get someone else to cut down some trees and make room for them to install the new fence. They were going to move the fence further into our property line without communicating such also blew my mind. Jeff was kind enough to have his guys haul away some old glass doors we had from a previous project when they were taking the trash away from this project. All in all we are satisfied with the work done for the bathroom and the new fence installation. I would recommend this company to others, but must keep a close eye on what's getting done to ensure there isn't any miscommunication or misunderstandings.
