His music (he's also a DJ) is amazing and he puts so much effort into having his cycling drills match his awesome music. He's so motivating, so funny and sooo much fun! The gym and locker room has gotten increasingly dirty. Never clean towels, the shampoos and soap dispensers are always empty. Constantly out of razors, washcloths, q-tips and all the other things they show you when you first take the tour. They shut off the steamroom early and start packing up the gym hours before they close which is super uncomfortable while you are still trying to use equipment. The staff is usually gossiping at the front desk or sitting in the laundry room on their phones. They used to have a great member party every year, but haven't had it the last few years. It really seems like they have funneled all their money into the LA and Nashville location and don't care at all about the original members at their Long Beach Location. I"m finally making the move to Club Studio cause this place has continued to get worse and worse.

It doesn't feel cramped just really well thought out and aesthetically pleasing. Instructor Simmone was amazing. She was clear, motivating, and made the class feel both challenging and enjoyable. You can tell she really knows what she's doing and is intentional about the flow of the workout. I booked the class through ClassPass and had a great experience overall. The only downside is parking , street parking is the only option and it can be a bit annoying, so definitely plan to arrive early to give yourself time. Also it was 83 out and the space was open to the outside so it was fine . I'm not sure if it has central AC or not , but I probably wouldn't come back on a hot day .

The owner, Lulu, offers classes for all levels, from beginner to more advanced, so there's truly something for everyone. The classes feel welcoming and well-paced no matter where you're starting from. They also host occasional weekend events like Paws & Pilates (mat Pilates with kittens, yes, it's as amazing as it sounds! and sound baths, which adds such a fun and unique element to the studio. There's even a lovely outdoor patio space that Lulu has generously said anyone is welcome to use. Between the atmosphere, the classes, and the community feel, it's easy to see why this place stands out. Love this studio so much, highly recommend!

Andrea , I have a couple fusions…read more, I first met Andrea at Vero Pilates and then followed her when she opened her own business. From day one, she made me feel completely safe, supported, and empowered. Her deep knowledge of anatomy and personalized approach have been game-changers for me. She takes the time to understand my limitations, and always modifies exercises to suit my needs. I've gained strength, improved my posture, and feel more mobile than I have in years -- all without pain or fear of injury. Beyond her expertise, she brings such a calm, encouraging energy to every session. She genuinely cares, and it shows in every detail of her instruction. If you're dealing with any kind of spinal condition or just looking for a compassionate, skilled Pilates teacher, I truly cannot recommend her enough. She's not just an instructor -- she's a healer and a guide, and I'm so grateful to have found her!

During my time with her I had measurable results, she took the time to work with me on problem areas (SI joint, etc.) and would adjust each session according to my need that day. I took a two year break from Pilates but stayed connected with her through her Movement Matters classes and I was thrilled to hear she started her own business. I now have sessions 1x per week and hope to increase my sessions in the new year. If you are thinking about it or on the fence about trying Pilates, I highly recommend speaking with Andrea. You will not regret starting, and once consistent, you will see and feel results.
