I had some frustrating moments as communications were slow for a while but the mower did come back in good working order. I did take 5 weeks to get the transaxle replaced through the manufacturer, which I felt was a long time. Apparently I caught them when they were a bit short-handed in the office, which didn't help things. Not only that, but spring time i a tough time to get lawn equipment worked on since that is when everyone is discovering issues with their equipment. In hindsight, I should have had them look at this in the winter since I was already suspecting that I had issues with the mower.

More specialized than the chain stores that usually carry a broad based product selection, these stores are geared more for the local market, not the mass market. They do sale chickens and ducks in season, feed, veterinarian items including the meds and vaccinations, lots of pet supplies, horse tack, cattle items, etc. We went for a specific mouse bait that is very hard to find, chain stores won't carry it anymore. This location had it, and for way less than we could find online or in other coops. Staff was very helpful, young lady's were friendly and social. Store was clean and well kept. We did check the dog and cat foods that we normally purchase, Blue Buffalo brand, they carry it, tho it's a bit more expensive than the box chain stores. Definitely a place to stop for more specialized items.

They wanted to know any details of what happened in my experience with them. They took the time to listen what I had to say so that they could fix the issue to make their business better. I even received a call from one of the owners personally. For me, that is outstanding customer service. Mr. Zimmerer even entered the information from my tractor/attachments to be entered in their system just as if I had bought from them. I will definitely use Zimmerer Kubota for all my future needs I had wanted to buy a L series tractor. Since I live in Glen Rose, TX the Zimmerer Kubota in Cleburne was my first choice. I had spoken to my neighbor who had just bought a Kubota riding mower from there and he gave me Shane Hodges name. I called on Monday April 6 at about 10:30 am. By Tuesday morning about 9 am he hadn't called me back. That should have given me my first clue. I decided to go take a visit at the dealer and speak to him personally. I got there shortly after 10 am and spent the next hour discussing what I was looking for. I was initially looking for a L4760 without the cab. He suggested the L4060 as they didn't have any L4760s. I was ok with that and he stated he could get me a good deal. After we sat down to discuss pricing he wasn't sure if the the L4060 would work with package special to get the 0%/84 month financing. I had to leave so he said he would give me a call and let me know. He called me back on Thursday (9th) afternoon when he finally gave me a call to discuss the trailer (TU 10). He stated another customer had purchased the TU10 (with the L4060) and the trailer seemed to really struggled. I asked him didn't the Orange Line Trailers have a heavier duty trailer. He was a bit unsure until we started talking about the TU 14 trailer. It was then he stated that trailer (TU 14) may not work with the special financing. We also discussed moving up to the L6060 because of the lack of the L4760. He said he would find out and call me back. He never did call me back. I emailed him and called him....not a single return call. I ended up having to purchase my equipment (L6060 and attachments) from Ewald Kubota in Taylor, TX about 2 1/2 hours away. I purchased over $50,000 in equipment from them (on 4/17). I guess Shane and Zimmerer has enough business they don't need mine. That's a shame because I would much rather purchase locally.

I had them deliver three loads of top soil to a customers home. The drive asked us multiple times…read morewhere to drop it we advised him three different times to leave it on the road. The drive proceeded to drive into the driveway and drop the soil in the front yard. This customer has a new build home. The driveway was not even a year old. This is exactly why we told him to leave it on the street in front of the house. He left tire marks all over the customers driveway. We called them to tell them what happened and they said they were not responsible for any damages that we knew would occur. They tired to tell us the drive is more than 4 inches deep. Which it wasn't as we told them. We knew that the residential driveway would not be able to hold the weight of a dump truck full. They only offered to power wash the driveway. Has not even been two months and the driveway has begun to crack. They are refusing to take accountability for their drivers idiotic decisions. Do not do business with them.

I placed and order for 6 yards of stone to be delivered to my home in 3 days, When the driver…read morearrived, He attempted to back into my driveway and missed the driveway, instead backing into the culvert which runs under the driveway, This cause him to come up over the side of the driveway which ripped up the asphalt.The photos I took, show that he clearly had plenty of room that he could have easily backed into the center of the driveway with no problem. I called the company to complain and to hold them accountable for the damage and they put the driver on the phone and he claimed to be the owner of the company. He told me the damage was unavoidable and he would take no responsibility for it. I am a retired truck driver and I could have backed an 18 wheeler into the driveway without going over the edge. If he is the owner, he should hire someone to drive his truck who knows how.
