Bought a $20K tractor which they made a nice profit off of. Gave them a trade in, which they also made a profit off of. But that wasn't enough profit for them. To determine if I wanted to make a deal I asked them to look at my trade in. After the old tractor was traded in, and the new tractor was picked up, that is when they notified me there was a $135.00 charge for them to look at my old tractor. They made a couple of thousand off of me, and they decided to hit me for $135.00 extra. Now I will be getting my tractor and lawn mower serviced elsewhere. I am also looking at getting another weedeater, which will be bought and serviced elsewhere. New lawn mowers and servicing, elsewhere. Not a very good long term business decision. Mike Rolston was my salesman. He was nice, professional and was remorseful about the $135.00. He knew it was wrong, but I guess he didn't have any control over it. read more

Bought new baler. Took almost 8 hours to get it working when delivered. A few days later they took it back to shop "because it was not properly prepped before delivery. " Replaced sensors. Ran a few hundred bales and had another failure. Tech came on site. Told us it was on John Deere. Adjusted more sensors. Now want us to pay for tech because we do not use John Deere wrap. Ran over 200 bales using same wrap we always use after tech left. Every attempt to mediate is rejected. read more
