Scott took professional photographs, drone photos, and advertised my home very well. On top of that, he only charged me 4% to sell my house which saved me several thousand dollars. I highly recommend Scott Ashford as a realtor". I would give him 100 STARS!!! Suzanne Dickerson

Mr. Ashford is unethical, unprofessional and not responsive. He agreed to be a our buyers agent as…read morewell as the listing agent on a home he had listed for a client. He provided no serviceable information on the home to us but provided our information to the seller. If that is not breaking the realtor code then I don't know what is. We scheduled an appointment to see the home, drove 1-1/2 hours to see it and he never showed up. When I tried to phone him, he eventually turned off his phone. My husband called (Scott did not recognize his phone number) and Scott picked up the call. Scott told my husband he was not far away from the home and would be there soon. He never showed and he turned off his phone at that point. He also would not respond to emails or texts. If you want someone unprofessional and unethical like this representing you then Scott's your man. With all the realtors, why put your most important family transaction in this man's hands. Find someone you can trust. It's not Scott. Btw.. I'm filing complaints about Scott's actions with the appropriate boards. As a reply to Mr. Ashford's message. I have a email showing he was to represent us. We did not meet him because he did not show. He did not allow us the opportunity to place an offer until I complained to his company and spoke to someone in his office. At the time we were to meet, he stopped taking my calls but he was able to speak to his broker and the other agent (while we were trying to reach him). Now how can you trust a realtor that will even lie to his broker and other agents? I'm not upset with not getting the home as he mentioned. I'm upset with his unethical and unprofessional manner. As anyone knows the agreement is signed at offer. Again, he is not truthful to us and if his broker sees this, then she also knows he was not truthful to her. He asked us questions to feel out our eventual offer with the seller while acting as both the buyer and listing agent. At no time did he mention to us about speaking to someone else associated with his company but he does say he will represent us. He cannot delete emails and texts. I challenge him to dispute any of this. The agent we did speak to stated she and the broker spoke to him within a minutes of us trying to reach him. She said he called her back immediately. I challenge him to dispute her as well. He never responded to us by phone call, text or email the day of the showing. Say to yourself, do you want someone to treat you in this manner representing you or as a seller, doing this to a prospective buyer? Don't you want to get the best deal? Why not go with someone you can trust. He could have but did not let us know he wasn't going to show. He could have but did not put us in touch with another agent. He did not give us an opportunity to even place an offer. We placed an offer AFTER he did this to us by us locating someone else. If it is in writing from him that he would represent us and an agreement would be forthcoming and no other communication that he would not be representing then he has implied and agreed he is representing us until the formality of the agreement. He did not operate in good faith in this transaction. I luckily found someone else but by no assistance from this man. If I hadn't then he would have not allowed us the opportunity to even place an offer. As I've said I have the messages from him. At this point, it doesn't matter that we had a contingency and the home was sold by cash offer. He is also aware that we had other options without a contingency too. What really does matter is how he did not perform his ethical duties as a realtor. Mr. Ashford is aware that I sent him messages that I would give him this review even while the house was active and available. He wants everyone to assume that I'm upset with not getting the house. As with everything else he says, that is not true. Even his broker knows that isn't true.
