They customer service is the worst, but I can tell it is because they have not been trained well. They are short with their response, and often quite rude. They abruptly hand the food out the window and then slam the window shut before someone has a chance to even ask for ketchup. The only thing going for this location is the small town (not much around). Otherwise they would be gone in a month. This place needs serious help, in the form of an ownership change to someone that cares about their business.

Long wait to be noticed at the register only to be sent away within seconds of trying to show my phone with a message that says the kiosk won't let me redeem my deal after I put in my code.
