My beloved fur-baby is.. well.. like my baby, so knowing I would have to find a pet-sitter for those times when I'm out of town was really stressing me out. That's where Josh comes in.. thank heavens for Josh and his services! Not only is Josh a fellow Frenchie owner so he really understands the breed (he now has three beautiful girls), but he truly and genuinely loves dogs and what he does. I left my girl with Josh for a weekend and she was in the ultimate care. Josh put my mind at ease with frequent updates and photos. He even let my Frenchie sleep in bed with him at night! I guess all the Frenchie's curled up together at the end of the bed for a big Frenchie spooning session - so cute! Josh was also super flexible about pick-up and drop-off times which made everything soo much easier. Getting ready to take our dogs for another stay at Lone Star! Josh and Adam have been a godsend. We moved here from Chicago, not knowing anyone, but knowing our dogs liked to stay with people in their home. Being a veterinarian, I've been spoiled by having friends and co-workers care for our dogs when we left town. Finding Josh and Adam to care for our pups has been fantastic and our dogs get in stay in an environment they are comfortable in, just like they always have. Having dachshunds, who can be prone to back issues, I was glad to know they mostly care for small dogs or big dogs that play gently. Josh is a sweetie and I felt like I was leaving Lucy in the lap of doggie luxury when I was out of town! When looking for a doggie day care for my 4.5 month old frenchie, I was referred to Josh by fellow french bulldog owners who raved about him. I could not have been happier with Josh and his services! I was a little nervous about leaving him with just anyone because he can be hyper and can overheat but Josh listened to all my concerns and has frenchie experience with his two precious ones. Worries were gone completely and I even got check-in texts throughout the day. He seems to truly love dogs and treated Duncan like his own. When I contacted Josh initially, he was nice and responded quickly. He even wanted to set up an intro meeting between my dog and his to make sure they got along. I thought this was great because as mentioned, mine can be a lot to handle.
