I almost left and got a refund because of her. I've heard her in other places talking about other employees like wow what a environment to work in. I ever hear it again I will record and send videos to upper management. And this is supposed to be a Christian environment is what you hear all over town. Wow! But I tell you what Bobby and Samantha and the other 2 are the only reasons I keep going! Sam/Sammie she's always so joyful and bubbly and smiling makes for someone's day that is going bad. If any of these employees ever left or ain't working I'll not go or I'll wait till they are there. Better learn to keep the good ones cause they are hard to find now days.

Stepped inside office to let employee know and she said that tire shine is broke and they should have it fixed in a few days. I asked "what does that do for me now, shouldn't the attendant have mentioned that when I asked". She printed off my receipt and wrote a note on it and sent me to 19th street location to get it done again. So I go through the 19th location only for it to apply shine on two spots on each tire. Now after hour I was running out of time. I threw my hands in the air and called it quits. I used to use them all the time. I don't know what is going on with the maintenance at their locations. For oil changes they usually move quick, though they always have at least a short wait. They used to let you pull your car in and stay in it the whole time, but now insist on doing it for you. For car washes you sometimes have to go through twice for missed spots, but it's nice that they hand-dry here. Plus, you get a free wash with every oil change. The vacuums aren't the greatest on suction, but they are okay for a quick once over. The staff is kind of hit and miss. Sometimes friendly, sometimes not so much, but usually easygoing. Prices are about on par for similar services in town. I like that they are a good place to get everything done at once.

I was missing paint on the hood of my vehicle a little smaller than the size of a dollar bill. We were contacted by management and advised that this was caused by a rock chip. I am guessing that this is the "rubber stamp" answer. I am sure that the pressure washer used a few feet from my vehicle had nothing to do with this incident. I will take them to small claims court. They will be represented by counsel. I will be there as a matter of principle. They have no problem charging upwards of $20 for a wash but will not take any responsibility for damage. Lubbock people do not deserve deceptive businesses practices when supporting local businesses. The good thing is there are plenty of reputable businesses that appreciate the business.
