Very disappointed in the purchase I did back in February 2025. I purchased a 2014 Mercedes CLA250…read more I was told everything was 100%. few weeks later I found out the battery was completely the wrong kind. Mercedes requires a gel battery (I paid $400) which the car came with a cheap acid battery. Later the car broke down on me and wouldn't start. I spoke to the owner and he I had to pay half of the repairs even with "warranty" the vehicle had. That's another $400. and finally, 8 months later the vehicle completely gave out on me while I was on the freeway. I paid for a tow truck and called the owner Arnie again. He said the warranty I had was only for 6 months not the 8 months I was told it was for. He said he'd see what he can do but after texts and calls he never reached back out. very disappointed considering I gave $5000 as a down payment, and I am now stuck on a 60-month finance for a non-working vehicle. I recommend you go elsewhere for a reliable vehicle or have a mechanic inspect the vehicle after purchasing. This is my real review, not those fake ones you see on google. had I just gotten the proper help or a replacement vehicle I would've kept my original good reviews I gave them. Sucks things were left the way they were. I was originally extremely happy with my purchase......

Firstly, I had to scour my entire phone for pictures dating back to 2014. If you ask for pictures…read moreof shows in Broadway, racing motorcycles, my dogs, horses etc - I'll ask "how many". But for some reason when it comes to my cars, they are few and far between. FOX Toyota is one of two Toyota dealers in town, and the only Lexus dealer in town (Toyota owns Lexus btw). I prefer FOX. I've been buying here for over a decade. Prior to living in Japan, I honestly never cared what car I had. Criteria was simple: big rims, big speakers, small price lol. But after living in Japan, I fell head over heels with Toyota. The quality, performance, craftsmanship etc., I became a lifelong Toyota / Lexus owner. While I have used others (due to how long I've been a customer), the last 4 vehicles have been through the salesman Edwin Figueroa; an honest, hardworking local El Pasoan and Christian man. Until he leaves FOX, I'll only use him for purchasing. FOX has a great facility, great selection, great services and fair / competitive pricing. Not that they are cheap, in fact they are anything but lol, but they are priced similarly to any other Toyota / Lexus dealers you'll find. From them I have purchased (all New): Lexus NX200 Turbo F-Sport Toyota 4-Runner TRD / SR5 Toyota Highlander XSE Toyota Camry XSE '23 Toyota Tundra TRD Off-Road (current) '25 Toyota Camry SE (current) Unless something crazy happens, like I just up and decide to switch to Cadillac or BMW or something, I'll continue purchasing Toyota and Lexus only. And I'll continue purchasing from FOX. Bonus: the owners (Steve and Nancy), are in the processing El Paso's first actual Cancer Center - which, if you see all my posts from hospitals and stuff, you'd know that it is a very close-to-home disease for me.

I suppose it's time to write a review about Fox Toyota (FYI - this will be also for Fox Lexus as…read morethey are co-located), especially after having several vehicles from here. Background: While living in Japan for about 7 years, I was really introduced to the Japanese car market. Of course worldwide you can find a Toyota or Honda etc., but you also have so many other options, and each option gets somewhat diluted. In Japan though, as one would imagine, it is 97% Japanese ONLY branded cars. Fast-forward: I'd come to the conclusion that Toyota (and it's subsidiary Lexus), are THE superior Japanese brand vehicles, and personally, the only ones I'll ever want. In Japan I owned a Toyota Windom (which is a Japanese version of a Lexus GS series), and I owned a Toyota Altezza TRD (the Japanese version of a Lexus IS F-Sport mixed with a Lexus RC). Ok, so from Fox Toyota (Lexus) specifically, I've had a Lexus NX200t F-Sport, Lexus IS300, Toyota 4-Runner SR5, Infiniti QX80 (used), and a brand new 2021 (and this version not ever released until 2021), Toyota Highlander XSE, and lastly a 2022 Toyota Camry XSE. The Highlander's have been around awhile, but the XSE version made its first appearance in 2021. And y'all, it is NICE. I do miss my 4-Runner, but admit the 21 XSE is absolutely checking every block I have available to check. Likewise, the Lexus NX200t F-Sport was spot on as well. That was also bought brand new back in 2017, so I'm sure the newer versions (NX300), are even better. Ooooooo, that red leather Lexus interior though. The facilities are top notch. I don't know if it's a Fox Family thing (they have an Acura dealer as well that opened its doors this year), but the Toyota and Lexus facilities here are very modern, very clean, and very well appointed. Everything about being in the buildings is "nice". I'm always comfortable while being here. The staff is great. I've never had an unpleasant experience, EXCEPT with one guy. Also, take note that above I dropped that random Infiniti QX80 - yea that doesn't fit the mold lol. I had it a total of 3 Months and brought it back. The guy that sold it to me, not dealing with him again. Now it's important to note that I was not mistreated, not at all. But they guy is just bad at his job. Either that, or he has malicious intents and purposely does things wrong, that end up hurting the customer. So he's secretly shady, or he's an idiot - who knows. But they can't all be winners. However, I'm neither shady nor an idiot, so I came back and was linked up with a proper salesman and while I got burned BAD in the Infinti - the silver lining is I was able to get into the '21 Highlander XSE. So it all worked out. And again, never been treated poorly, but some salespersons are just better (or worse), than others. Overall, Fox Family (Toyota and Lexus), got me sorted out. Check out the last few photos of this review: the maintenance / service waiting area is great! So there's a singular maintenance and service area for both your Toyota and Lexus. They have a huge main lobby with comfortable seating, staff present to assist you, and TVs to entertain. There's also a kids zone play area for the young ones. In that main lobby, there's a pretty neat little café. Hot and cold drinks, snacks, little food etc. Very nice touch actually. I'm impressed. Around the corner there's bar like seating. You can eat/drink over here, set up a laptop and do some work, or just hangout away from the main lobby. Tons of outlets, good lighting, clean and modern furniture, and portraits of Foxes. At the end, comfy leather furniture near a nice and modern fireplace. I like it. Lastly, they also have a Parts Department, which is not just parts (or the ordering of), but also a zone that hosts a bunch of really professional, good quality, name brand Toyota and Lexus merchandise. YETI, Adidas, Nike, Callaway Golf and much more. The stuff is really nice - while waiting I actually bought a nice Toyota TRD polo for work lol. Despite having the small TRD logo, it is genuinely a nice enough shirt to tuck in and wear to work, so I grabbed one. Also, really like the hat selection. Maybe I'll be be back for one? I'm going to continue buying Toyota's and Lexus from Fox. I've always (99%) been treated well. I enjoy their facilities. And I truly believe in the quality of Toyota and Lexus as a brand. And that's one of the main points here (though I did ramble a bit), despite what you may or may not think of the folks you encounter at Fox - they have nothing to do with the quality and expert craftsmanship that is Toyota and Lexus, and after all, you're buying the car, not the staff member. And if there are concerns about the service department? So what - go to Firestone then lol. That's what I do!

Very unlikely that we will buy another vehicle from here again. Some of the vehicles on the lot are way over, priced with hugemark ups. Why buy another vehicle from RAM if the service is very slow? Then I asked to get a quote for new tires after my oil change. They tell me I'm going to get an email because it's all digital now (never got anything). I called yesterday and asked how late I'd be able to bring my car in for an oil change (I made sure I was talking to someone from the service department). She tells me 4:30 pm. I get there at exactly 3:35 pm for some guy to tell me their deadline is 3:30 pm. I communicate the details of my phone call with him so he goes to "ask for permission" and then told me they won't take my car. I called after leaving to ask a manager why there is false information spread on the phone and 0 exeptions for their mistake. He said if I'm willing to wait extra they'd take me in. If only they coukd stop wasting people's time and tell them that before shutting the door on them for a mistake they're the ones that made, that "business" would have a lot of potential, but this is just the perfect definition for the word "unprofessional". Nothing more. I won't be returning guaranteed.

We stopped by an auto repair shop 1.5 hours away from EP & was told we needed to stay overnight to get the part and to have it replaced. We figured the best thing to do was go to EP for a Nissan Dealer Service. We called one other Nissan dealer in EP and was told the same and, "You'd be extremely lucky if you could get the part today." Well, we called Casa Nissan and was told that they'd see what they could do. Paul returned my call in minutes and took down my car info. He stated they would get the part & express service our vehicle so we could be back on the road to our destination. We arrived an hour later, and they had a stall already reserved. My family and I got to rest and eat after 8 hours of non-stop driving. After a couple of hours, the problem was fixed! Casa Nissan was extremely professional and transparent about the work & cost. They were very busy today, and I appreciated that they took our situation into consideration. (We are a family traveling with 3 small kids.) They made sure we were taken care of and that we make it safely. Thank you, Casa Nissan.

More like "home of the SCAM guys"…read more Tell you a ton of lies when closing so make sure you look through every one single of those documents they tell you to sign. If i could give no stars or sue these guys i would. Most of the reps will try to scam you and add every type of thing in there to get the most commission telling you its something else. Go to Charlie clark they have a bigger lot and better deals. Never buying here again sucks my mom actually recommended me here as she has and still is a loyal costumer to them. I keep telling her to not go there but its not my ultimate decision.
