Casa Nissan Services Highly Recommended!!! We were on a road trip, and 2 hours away from El Paso we noticed there was an issue with the front driver's wheel hub. We stopped by an auto repair shop 1.5 hours away from EP & was told we needed to stay overnight to get the part and to have it replaced. We figured the best thing to do was go to EP for a Nissan Dealer Service. We called one other Nissan dealer in EP and was told the same and, "You'd be extremely lucky if you could get the part today." Well, we called Casa Nissan and was told that they'd see what they could do. Paul returned my call in minutes and took down my car info. He stated they would get the part & express service our vehicle so we could be back on the road to our destination. We arrived an hour later, and they had a stall already reserved. My family and I got to rest and eat after 8 hours of non-stop driving. After a couple of hours, the problem was fixed! Casa Nissan was extremely professional and transparent about the work & cost. They were very busy today, and I appreciated that they took our situation into consideration. (We are a family traveling with 3 small kids.) I have been calling Casa Nissan for three days trying to get information about canceling my GAP coverage and to speak with a woman named Margie. After several attempts, we finally got through. Before the call was transferred, we could still hear the receptionists talking among themselves, and their comments came across as unprofessional and impatient. When we finally spoke with Margie, she explained the steps we needed to take. Since then, we have gone twice to drop off the payoff letter to start the cancellation process, and every time we are told she is "out." They always say we can wait for a finance person, but they cannot provide any sort of time estimate. Overall, the experience has been very frustrating. RUN before you buy a vehicle from them as the sales team are extremely dishonest & will try to change terms & sell you a different vehicle than what you were looking at or were quoted over the phone.Then you get to the sales manager's office & a guy named Dylan slips things into your contract without your knowledge that you know nothing about, did not agree to & now cost you more money on your loan. They also don't send you the paperwork on this until almost 3 months after you purchase your new vehicle & the contract says you have 60 days to cancel it. I was referred by another Nissan Dealer who did a nationwide search for a part that was on back order everywhere I called and the part supposedly in the manufacturing process. I have had a 2 month search ongoing looking for it. I spoke with Jordan in the parts department. Professional and personable and very courteous. I had the part ordered and paid for and then shipped to another state in less than 15 minutes. Wow! The part arrived within three days. Bravo. Good selection of vehicles but lacks customer service and fails to fulfill promise to customers after sale. No personal touch to each and every customer. Sales department all cares about is their commission. I bought a vehicle here in October of 2022, a used toyota highlander with broken windshield and floors. I was promised for them to be replaced. After following up with my sales person, Marco, I was given the runaround of still trying find a floor mat for my vehicle. I followed up for a few months, still empty promise. It is now March of 2023 and still nothing from them. The same situation with my windshield. I was redirected to the general manager, Hector Solis, but it seems like they are all the same. They fail to fulfill their promise to customers after they made a sale. I have purchased 5 cars with casa, the first 4 at casa ford nothing but kudos for casa until I stepped on the lot at casa Nissan that is. Wanted a used car found what I was looking for. Settled on a van price was told car would be completely detailed all the little white stuff on car removed, and would be ready the next day which it wasn't but I was okay with that. I told them Wednesday would have been fine, but then when my wife and I went too the dealership my salesman Ron Smith wasn't there and no one had no idea about my car took another day for them to bring me the car without tags no contact wasn't ready yet. Being the holidays I was busy at work and just took it the way I got it. After getting contract found out I was charged for over 5500 worth of add ons I never asked for nor wanted. Apparently when I signed the contract on the computer my finance man added stuff never explained any of the charges, probably why they fired him. I got my 3000 dollar unwanted warranty removed but now I wait to find out what the sales manager Luis Acosta will do about the rest. He has been looking into it since a week ago Thursday. If you want to buy a used car from this place, DO YOUR HOMEWORK 1ST! Know about other vehicles in the area and know what gap insurance is if financing. Most importantly, ask about the $1,500 accessory charge they will add to the price at the start. Didn't say a word to me about it and had to ask about it. 2 weeks later still haven't received paperwork. Poor, if any, customer service after the sale. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but after my purchase of a Nissan Rogue in August 2023 from Casa Nissan, I want to share my experience and hopefully help others not make the same mistake of purchasing from this dealership. It's now been over three months since my purchase, and my car has still not been registered and I have not received my license plates. During the first two months of owning the car, I asked my salesman multiple times about the status of my plates, and was told "Oh they just haven't come in yet, sometimes it just takes longer." I live about 1.5 hours from El Paso and drove to the dealership at the 60 day mark, when my temporary tags were expiring. I talk to my salesman again, and he makes me talk to a man in their finance department. During this conversation, I learned that Casa dropped the ball and never ordered the duplicate title, so I had been "waiting" for a registration and plates that were NEVER ordered. I was reassured that this issue was going to be taken care of the next week. Fast forward to today - it's now been a month since I last visited the dealership, and I haven't heard anything from Casa. I called the dealership and once again learn that the duplicate title has still not been ordered. It is absolutely ridiculous that a customer pays for the registration and plates, but Casa fails to deliver on their part. Truly feels like a scam, and I should not have to hound them as much as I have to do their job. I saw another customer Yesica left a review a week ago with the same exact problem, and I will be reporting this dealership to the DMV and BBB as well. Worst customer service unfortunately. I bought a battery for a Nissan Armada 84 months warranty in 2020. Battery is dead even after continuous charging it slowly. Spoke to luis Torres says I have to bring vehicle in with battery so they can determine battery is no good. I told him battery is dead how do I do that? Makes no sense!? Sorry that's policy. Anyway make matters worse even if I can jump battery to start and risk bringing vehicle to casa Nissan. They will prorate my battery from $275 lol! All of a sudden they upped the price of the battery. I call later and found that a battery cost $220 with core. Talked to operator Bernie? to register a complaint was sent to voicemail. All the five star ratings you see must be employees and family members because these people are sly and conieving. Ended up buying a battery from Costco for $114. With core. I had taken my maxima in for a transmission issue and after a week got it back with the filler neck damaged because a full tank of gas was siphoned out, secondly the wheel lock key was missing, and for me the main complaint was something was stolen from my car I valued very much as I inherited it from my Grandfather after his passing, a 10 year employee gold pin from Datsun that was taking from my center console cubby. First time purchasing a used car from a dealership... At first, of course, all site workers were so nice and welcoming (Barry). I was offered a "Certified" vehicle and I needed one, so I purchased it. On the first week I detected: a stench in the A/C; main display -for rear view, radio/stereo, apps & more- started to fail; USB charging ports not working; check engine ON at 2-3 days of purchase; catalytic converter in bad condition. I complained, but took NINE trips (and two lost days at work) to the dealership so they could check and fix the truck. Did not fix the check engine issue, and still with the issue TWO years later. One more: the truck vibrates at different speeds, specially when braking. They "checked" it no less than FOUR times, saying "the truck is fine". Paid the deductible so front wheel hub assy was replaced, but it wasn't the issue. Same with the driveshaft. "We can replace it, but it's not going to be it" the shop leader used to say. Looks they knew what the problem is, but wouldn't admit it. 2 years later I'm still glad this is where my car was purchased and is serviced at. I've never had an unpleasant experience in the service department which is usually the place where anyone would have issues. Everything is explained to me clearly and with reason. No one has ever tried to sell me anything. You pay more but everyone working on your car is certified. If you need any service done, call ahead and make an appointment which may save you time. Update: Called by dealership on Aug 3, 2020 and received payment. On July 13, 2020, I sold my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe to Casa Nissan in El Paso, Texas and I have not received payment for this vehicle from Casa Nissan as of Aug 3, 2020. Initially, I was told by the salesman that it would take up to 10 days to process the payment check. On about July 17, 2020, I called Casa Nissan inquiring about the payment check and I was informed that it would take up 14 days to process the payment check. On July 27, 2020, I received two separate phone/text from two different Casa Nissan salespersons asking if I was still interested in selling the 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. When I responded back that I already sold the vehicle to Casa Nissan and I was waiting on the payment check. I assumed one of salespersons would notify the the sales manager about the pending payment check. I did not hear back from the dealership. On July 28, 2020, I contacted the salesperson who was involved in the sale and informed him that I still did not received the payment check. He responded back the next day, stated the check was processed and ready to be picked up. I'd texted back and told that I will meet him at Casa Nissan around 5pm. I arrived at Casa Nissan at 5pm on July 29, 2020 and was asked to wait inside while the salesman was notified. I waited for 20 minutes and then left the dealership when the salesman did not show up. Later in the evening of July 29, 2020, I received a call from Casa Nissan, and I thought it was the salesman calling me back and explaining why he was not at the dealership. Instead it was another salesperson from Casa Nissan calling to see if I was still interested in selling the 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe. I explain to this salesperson that I already sold the vehicle to Casa Nissan and I am having difficulty in getting paid for the vehicle. Of course, I did not hear back from the dealership. And since this vehicle is no longer posted for sale on the Casa Nissan website, I assumed it has been sold. Unfortunately I had a bad experience at Casa. I took my car in for service, 2k later and a week later, with no rental offer, I received my car with things broken and damaged. The work on my transmission was not done correctly causing my engine to over heat. On top of that, they broke my "sports button" and the wiring to my USB port. After another week in a rental and not one apology, I got my car back. They fixed the over heating problem and replaced the damaged console that they caused but the usb wiring is still messed up. At this point I don't want to take it back. Horrible work. I don't know who their mechanics are but they are extremely under qualified. read more

I went to Casa Nissan for my 35,000 mile service and three different recall issues. I was very pleased with their service. I regret that I cannot remember my courtesy shuttle driver, because he was extremely pleasant and I felt safe and comfortable with him, even when I was the only passenger. The most impressive part of Casa Nissan's service was a known issue with the sun visors with my 2012 Pathfinder (and probably other models). [[BACKSTORY INCOMING]] It is not an official recall, which is a real tragedy because it is a serious safety issue. My driver side visor was permanently hanging down - I had it jerry rigged with tape, but if it came loose and swung down while I was driving, it would block 60% of my field of vision and would obviously be dangerous. [[BACKSTORY OVER]] Anyhow, after asking nicely and explaining how it worried me a lot, they ended up rolling in the cost of this repair (which would have been almost $200 by itself) along with my total bill. They had the nerve to give us shit about a loaner and stuck us with a shitty Juke. Then the brake sensor came loose and the car wouldn't start. Ok, easy fix right? They replaced and we had the same issue 5k miles later. Turns out they installed the part wrong. Every time there is an issue we have to pay a $100 deductible to fix it. That's BS!! Took my father's car in to have battery checked. I first had a conversation with an employee in the service department. I think he was new, so I asked to speak with the manager. The manager was cutting a cake and asked if I would like a piece. He then introduced me to Orlando who answered my question, had patience and resolved my issue. The manager proceeded to offer cake to the rest of the employees in the service department. You could definitely tell he valued his employees. Now I know the car buying market is out of whack now so decided to go with the Costco Car Buying service to cut the BS. It's basically a pre-negotiated set price below the MSRP so there's no haggling. Go in, here's the Costco price, take it or leave it. Identified myself multiple times to Casa Nissan that we we doing the Costco plan and they assured me we were. Made it clear to the salesperson that this was the Costco plan and was told it would be. Drove the vehicle, like it and they went to do the paperwork. So the vehicle was MSRP @ 32,480 and the salesperson comes back with a purchase agreement of 37,745. So besides some accessory fees there was a ADM of 4K! So where's the Costco price? Apparently the sales manager, Jerry Rodriquez, apparently decided to blow it off. So we balked and they eventually said they'd sell it for 32,995 still above the MSRP and still not the Costco price. Left the dealership and contacted Costco about the experience. Hopefully this will get resolved. Takes alot of nerve for this dealership to blow off the Costco car purchasing program and try to sell the car over 4K above MSRP. Had they told me upfront that they would not honor the Costco program that would have been at least honest. Would I walk of the street an buy a vehicle from this dealership, I would not. Great costumer service and I felt like I got what I wanted without being cheated or tricked. Casa Nissan was one of about 4 or 5 dealerships that I went to recently when looking for a used/pre-owned car. In addition to having the car I wanted, the sales rep was very nice, helpful, informed, and not pushy at all. When I arrived the vehicle I was looking for, which was posted on their website, was not in the main parking lot. Ariel found the vehicle in the service area being cleaned, and happily brought it out for me. The car was in great condition and very reasonably priced according to NADA and KBB. (All of the dealers I went to said they use NADA because that's what the banks use - NADA is like a simplified version of KBB with the prices listed way higher.) Since the starting price was already where I wanted it based on my research, I didn't really have to negotiate that much. Once I was in with the financing guy things moved pretty quickly. The rate they offered was actually lower than what my bank had quoted me, and it extended the warranties on the vehicle. They also let me bring the car back a few days later to have it cleaned and detailed since I was kind of in a rush to get out the door the day I purchased it. Mostly the entire staff there seemed to be in a good mood and having fun, enjoying their work. Everyone was friendly and making sure you were being helped and had water or coffee - but not in a pushy way.
