They were very friendly on the phone, and the food was done in 15 minutes (which was very quick). The food was excellent, I would def order from this restaurant again. I was quite surprised when I received the order to have complimentary Coke, Poppadoms and Maltesers. The bill was slightly more expensive than my usual Indian restaurant and this is probably due to amount of extras you get (personally I don't really drink Coke or eat Maltesers) so I would have preferred the bill to be cheaper, but what the heck, the food was good so I didn't mind paying the extra :)

The hostess looked at my feet in my fancy little sandals (not flipflops) twice and it really felt like she wanted to say something; off-putting because I saw plenty of sneakers in the dining room. Secondly, while there is a lot of care in the menu, I've had just as good representation of the same dishes I ordered from my local takeaway for a fraction of the price. Maybe I'm just incredibly lucky. But I did a double take when we got the bill. It is gorgeous inside and really well decorated. Staff is incredibly professional even if they're not very warm. I had dinner around 6pm and the place was quiet and not crowded yet. The service was great, as I was greeted by two friendly servers from the door to the table. There was a larger party who sat behind me, and it seemed like a lot of locals eat there. There were several customers who seemed to be regulars. The wait time was the food was not long at all and costs of the dinner was fair. The food was amazing and flavorful, as most Nepali food are rich in flavor and spice. Although, I am not Nepali, the taste are very similar to my Nepali friend's homemade food, so quite authentic to me.
