For starters, the first thing i hear when i walked in was the two employees talking negatively about a previous customer who came in. They weren't trying to conceal their conversation or be professional; they were loud and didn't have a care who heard. Additionally, the girls working there somehow made me feel like i was... intruding, simply by being a shopper. I say this because they did not acknowledge me while i was there. No "hello", "finding everything okay?", "thank you for shopping", "bye, have a nice day!"... literally nothing. Even when i would go up to ask questions, it would take an uncomfortable amount of time before they paused their casual conversations with one another to acknowledge me, resulting in me standing there, waiting, with a pile of clothes in my arms (this happened TWICE in the 15 minutes i was there). The new soles are fitted perfectly and will provide much better winter traction than the slick soles they came with. He also conditioned the leather so they shine like new and are protected from the elements. I was so impressed with his work that I brought him a second pair of black Cole Han shoes that I had thoroughly abused the soles of and the toes were scraped and ugly. Somehow Kevin was able to resole the shoe and put an amazing shine on the toe. While talking to him about my boots he recommended putting a protective sole on when a shoe/boot is new to preserve the leather sole. I just happened to have a new pair of boots in the mail, which I immediately took to Kevin for a sole. He once again did an amazing job, the traction sole looks like it came from the factory, and I won't be falling on my but every time the parking lot freezes over. I can't say enough about the quality of work done at a fair price and in a timely manner.
