I have Never had a good experience at any shop either at the lake or Reno or Carson City. All promises were not keep and it usually took a month to get my bikes back and repairs not done right. My riding partner recommended this company so I called for replacing front fork seals on my 2012 KLX250s dual sport bike. I asked Craig how long it might take. He said two days. I prayed as I left the shop. I did get my bike back in two days and road it in the dirt back home 20 miles from his shop to my house and it is like a brand new ride. Could not be more pleased. The entire staff was great and will use them again. Finally a local shop who does what they say and are all great people. Thank your and I'll be back when ever I need a repair of any kind!

I stopped in for some graduation presents because I couldn't buy the typical "2017 congrats grad" picture frame. I settled on an agate Lake Tahoe shaped coaster, a hand cut metal California bottle opener, a small silver heart shaped box, and a cute hand sewn makeup bag. Not only was the service absolutely SPECTACULAR but I felt a genuine sense of helping rather than upselling. The prices are fair to expensive as you get into more upscale and custom/local decor but nothing was horrible. It's what you would expect to pay at a beautiful little gem like La Galleria. After I settled on all my goodies, the man individually wrapped all of my items in gift wrap and then in a gift bag. It was so beautiful and the perfect touch for a gift and excellent customer satisfaction. I LOVEDDDDDD it here. Definitely will go to the Reno location and return to shop. 10/10 recommend!

I took my favorite pair of Wolverine 1000 mile boots to Kevin and he did an amazing job in less…read morethan 24 hours. The new soles are fitted perfectly and will provide much better winter traction than the slick soles they came with. He also conditioned the leather so they shine like new and are protected from the elements. I was so impressed with his work that I brought him a second pair of black Cole Han shoes that I had thoroughly abused the soles of and the toes were scraped and ugly. Somehow Kevin was able to resole the shoe and put an amazing shine on the toe. While talking to him about my boots he recommended putting a protective sole on when a shoe/boot is new to preserve the leather sole. I just happened to have a new pair of boots in the mail, which I immediately took to Kevin for a sole. He once again did an amazing job, the traction sole looks like it came from the factory, and I won't be falling on my but every time the parking lot freezes over. I can't say enough about the quality of work done at a fair price and in a timely manner.
