Turns out, those roofers were calling a substance rust that wasn't rust and I didn't need a fix at all! Jay Jr literally saved me $4k on the spot (with photo evidence and all) by pointing that out. I learned so much about our gutters and roofs from that first meeting, he was a wealth of knowledge. Right there, I knew he was our guy. I didn't need Jay to fix the slate anymore but since I was so impressed I happily hired him to do some gutter fixes we needed done and painting a small portion of flat rubber roof white.
