We went her for dinner because we were staying at a nearby hotel. We had a 30 minute wait at 6 pm on a Saturday night which was expected. Our server was polite and cordial. We had their signature sirloin and wood grilled salmon. Both were done just right and very good. The steamed broccoli was a little overdone but OK to eat. The one absolutely weird thing was the wine came not from a bottle but from individual cans. We had one glass of white wine and one of red and both came out of a can! It has been years since I visited Logan's. My friend suggested the place for us. Awful! I ordered a Ribeye steak and requested it to be prepared medium well. It was not! First of all It was warm not hot. Looked like it was taken out of a microwave bag with a few grill marks and overcooked in the bag. It with a very light gray-brown color all the way through no pink as I requested. I wish I would have taken a picture to post. We waited almost 30 minutes for our meals. Again, I requested medium well and the waitress brought me overcooked warm not hot steak with cold garlic butter on the top. Literally cold butter. The garlic butter did not melt because the steak was not hot at all. My friend ordered a Salmon dish which the potatoes were cold. The Salmon was not hot only warm however, the mashed potatoes were cold. Who wants cold mashed potatoes. We sent it back and went to another restaurant. The waitress did asked if I wanted a fresh steak to be prepared to what I requested. I said no thank you. Maybe that is why the restaurant wasn't even over half full. Very few people in the restaurant. I just read some of the reviews and most are very low. Should have read them before I went to the restaurant. Ordered online and my order had everything in it but it was not edible. I got the 6oz center cut it was raw, most of it was just straight fat, hard to cut, and not even warm. The loaded mashed potatoes were warm but it had too much melted butter on top to where all you tasted in the mashed potatoes was butter. I came to Logan's after an actually good experience on a business trip in Kansas. It would seem this Logan's was the one that gave me the business. After waiting for five minutes for a server to come to the to go counter, I later found out that they charge more online than they do when you sit down and order on the restaurant I know of no business that has that kind of pricing disparity without telling customers first. To top it all off, my card got charged anyway after I walked out to say that I was furious looking at that charge on my bank statement. The next morning was an understatement. When I called the manager, I decided after all to get the food we had ordered and never picked up. I had left without getting my food thinking I hadn't paid because I was tired of waiting for a to go counter that was extremely disorganized. To top it all off, the manager told me to call him back in a couple of minutes so he can get to the office. I decided OK I'll give him another try and then I talk to him about the concerns I had regarding the previous night, he gave me the order and seemed to not wanna deal with it This Logan's. Went to this location last week while traveling. It was GREAT! Coconut shrimp was perfect! Stephanie was our waitress and she was excellent, humorous and gave great service. Everything was very clean and smelled good. Manager Yolanda went above and beyond for us when I discovered I left my wallet at the restaurant!! I went for a party with 40+ people the other month. I have never heard of Logan's before until that day. I absolutely loved the food. I told everyone at the table I was talking to that the food was absolutely delicious and I would definitely come back again. I went again after a month and it was just as good as the last time. I don't live nearby (1 hour north) and we don't have a Logan's anywhere. So coming here is rare but I will definitely come back again as the food is so amazing. No bad things to say about this place. Me and my family arrived to Logan's roadhouse around 6pm with a party of 7 and was seated in a back room. Our server ( Tymira) took about 30 minutes to even greet us at our table. She took drink and appetizer order for fried pickles brought out baskets of bread rolls then took another 30-45 minutes to bring out drinks (not ordered from bar). We had to remind her about 2 missing strawberry lemonades over 3-4 times and still before she brought drinks she brought out 2 more baskets of bread which could not be consumed by the dryness of our mouths with no drinks at the table. She finally brought drinks then took orders for entrees. After another 30 minutes we reminded her about the appetizer of fried pickles which she responded " oh yea I can go check on that" and still took another 20 minutes to bring them out . We never received any refills on our drinks and at this point we have been sitting for almost 2 hours with no entrees. I am currently 8 months pregnant and after waiting over 2 hours for food I became very irritable and was ready to leave so I asked for a check with just our appetizer and drinks. Server said ok and kept walking past me several times without giving me a check at that point I asked another employee for the manager. The shift lead the greeted me letting me know the server had 15 other tables and that a chef walked out the kitchen and left. Still no food was brought to the table until 20 minutes after that and you could tell food had been sitting on line fries were cold steak was very undercooked and I didn't even care to get it redone . Manager finally came and offered a 50% discount but did not take care of that instead the server finally brought us a check and told us to calculate our own final total by crossing off things we did not want anymore and still then the check she brought back did not add up. Every other table had food and seem like good service except ours and it was a very horrible experience 0/0 would not recommend getting tymira as a server or eating a such a business that cannot effectively communicate with customers what's going on read more

I ordered the chopped steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I love this meal BUT, the gravy on the chopped steak is way to salty I usually scrape it off . They use to give you a decent amount of mashed potatoes with the meal and everytime I go it's gets less and less where now it is a half of a small scoop, and I also just realized they used boxed mashed potatoes. Meantime the price is consistently going up.This is the 3rd or 4th time ordering it and they are very consistent with the salt. Please listen to what your customers are saying because you are getting very low scores and I don't want to see another restaurant going out of business. For dessert, I ordered the peach cobbler which was not favorable on appearance because it looked more like dumplings sitting in melted butter & the ice cream the comes with it appeared freezer burned.
