Daniel is the best ever!!! He is the best waitress and is good at his job. He is very friendly and such a nice person.

Just walked in, sat down at the bar and got nasty looks from the bartender for sitting there. All she did was roll her eyes and complain to co-workers. No hello, no "I'll be with you in a minute". I've been working since 8 am in Atlanta, it's 9:14 PM on a Tuesday and now I have to go somewhere to rush and get something to eat. Not this place ever again. Try to be friendly next time and stop complaining about how busy you are. It takes just as much time to say hi ad it does to complaing about how busy you are to your fellow employees. At least the young man who obviously struggles to talk with the public came up to me right before I left. The waitresses were mean to him after he greeted me. It was the worst we sat there for an hour waiting for our food and there was like two other tables in the restaurant and we asked the waiter about it and they said that another table just ordered potatoes and it up in 30 minutes. The food sucked. The rolls were good knowing that I downed 14 of them waiting for my food. I got the all American burger cause I knew that it wasn't even gonna be that good so I didn't want to get a steak or anything I asked for a medium, and it was medium well the bread on it was disgusting and it was underseasoned. Rolls were good but our food (2 cheeseburgers) was over 25 minutes late. The waitress even apologized for our wait and offered to box it up. We told her we no longer wanted it. The manager then showed up with it and proceeded to say that we should expect to wait that long for good cheeseburgers. Oh boy! Where to begin? I should have looked at reviews first but we've been to Logan's before in many cities. This was a first at this location though. Out of butter cups for bread, out of clean plates/baskets to serve the bread on so they came out in a to-go box... ok fine. They're also out of the "homemade" Caesar dressing (but we weren't told what we were getting instead... store bought I'm assuming). One rolled silverware had a filthy knife inside. Huge portion of shrimp. Ok great but it was barely room temp. I was scared to eat it due to the temperature. Hubby's steak was supposed to be medium rare. It was obviously medium, maybe medium well in some spots and he said it was tough. He never leaves steak behind but didn't even want to take it home to feed the animals. I asked for the manager, which I never do. I typically don't leave bad reviews because I know everyone has off days. But this was more than an off day. The restaurant was half full on a Sunday afternoon. The manager came out frustrated and didn't even introduce herself. Just a "hey I heard you wanted to speak to me?" She was nice enough to remove the shrimp and steak meals from our bill though My son's chicken Parmesan was cooked perfectly. Worst meal I've ever had. We ordered the onion rings as an appetizer as they were and hand breaded. The waitress informed us that they take too long to make, and they were really busy. So we opted for the heat lamp cooked potato skins, which took forever, and they were ice cold. My wife ordered chicken tenders and ribs, the tenders were cooked and dirty oil. The ribs had no barbecue sauce on them and more cold. I had the ribeye, which tasted OK, but was also cold. The salad was good but the croutons were stale. The restaurant was not even busy, and now I know why. Clean the floors for God sakes. This is our first time at Logan's roadhouse and we will never be back. Do better. read more

Service was fine, but we recieved dirty silverware with old lettuce still attached, the chicken sausage Alfredo was terrible. One of the worst I've ever had actually. No flavor at all, the sauce was very watery, the noodles very over cooked and obviously sat for a long time before being "reheated." We recieved it lukewarm and got very cold very quickly. The "garlic" bread was simply the rolls they give out with some mozzarella cheese tossed on top and served lukewarm as well. I asked for the manager but never saw him. I couldn't find the server and had to go up front to ask for the manager. We finally left without getting our food or seeing a manager or our server. We decided to try this place Sunday after most places were closed. The yeast rolls we super soft and sweet. The salad was fresh and crisp and not overly dressed. The steak came out perfectly cooked at med rare. The chili was a little heavy on the tomato and not enough chili flavor but still good. The burgers were juicy and the buns soft. Perfect dinner before a long drive. The waitress was also amazing bringing out drinks before we ran out and courteous. Will be back if ever in town again. read more

This place is filled with a bunch of great employees that have to deal with the worst management iv ever seen. I don't know how Jeff got his so called management position but he is quite literally a grown man as a baby. Explaining to me a costumer who has been in the service industry about his bad day at work and how he is just so frustrated and that's why iv been sitting at a table without food for an hour only to be served the coldest plate. If you don't know which one Jeff is when you come in to eat hes the one that looks like he could also sell you a dime. read more

When we got home and opened our order, the potato soup was cold and only half full. We measured it and discovered there were only 4 ounces of soup that we were charged $5.07 for. Called the restaurant and managers response was "hmm, don't know why they didn't fill it up. Would you like a free side order on your next visit?" We declined as we have no intention on returning. We had sat here for over an hour before my party got to order.The people in the table across from us ordered and immediately got their food when they had got to the restaurant 15 minutes after my party of 2. Even though they were also a party of 2 i still think that is outrageous. The server is very rude and does barely comes to check on us. Ordered a well done steak and so did the other party of my group. Steaks came back with blood still sleeping out steak on all of them. My corn came out tasting like apples and had some kind of apple jelly in it. Complained and got them to redo our steak only to find out the steaks were still seeping with blood and the service wasn't very friendly either. I placed an order with DoorDash, I ordered the Logan with a baked potato and the salmon with a sweet potato, DoorDash drops off our order , open the boxes we got 2 UNCOOKED COLD bake potatos, I called the restaurant to speak to the manager, was put on hold numerous times , so I hung up and got someone else who took my info and said I'd here from the manager tomorrow, and corporate.... Was going to eat lunch here with my mom and when we were greeted and fixing to be taken to sit down, I told the lady we didn't want to sit at the bar area. She acted like it made her mad so she takes us and seats us next to a table of 7 LOUD men. We waited and waited for our server and never seen one, we started smelling what smelled like garbage that needed to be taken out so we just got up and left. Extremely hit and miss... I've been here four times, and had a great experience once, but swore I wouldn't come back the other three times. I guess I'm a glutton for punishment, lol. Showed up at 4:00 with a party of seven hoping to arrive before the dinner crowd. Upon arrival I noticed that the restaurant was mostly empty but decided to try to get a table regardless. The hostess and staff acted like they did not want to deal with any customers and acted like it was going to be a challenge getting us a single table and that there was no way we could even get two tables next to each other. I've been here a several times. The food varies. Apparently it depends on which cook shows up. That's frustrating for multiple reasons. I recently had a bad experience at Logan's, I took a survey and was called by the manager and was invited back to lunch. We came back and it was wonderful! Wonderful service. This is the worst experience I've ever had at Logan's. I came to this Logan's on 07-15-19 I walked in about 4:15 and was seated pretty quickly, me and my boyfriend were the only people in this part of the restaurant they were not busy at all. We ordered of the late lunch menu thinking the food should be out pretty quickly. We ended up waiting an hour on our food, While watching people who came in after us and had already had their food. multiple times our waiter apologized and tried to make up for it clearly wasn't his fault. Except for the ants that we later saw crawling all around our table.We were never able to eat, the waiter had let us know the manager was coming to speak to us, but nobody came after a few minutes so we left. read more

The Hostess was missing upon our entry. After waiting a few minutes to be seated, we were greeted by a young man who said "just two". No "Hello, welcome to Logan's, are there two in your party?" While waiting it took quite a while to get our rolls. When our food finally arrived, my husbands salad was missing the grilled chicken & dressing. My plate was missing honey mustard & tomatoes from the grilled veggie skewer. Our waitress only filled my glass one time. After a long day at work came here with my parents for an early dinner. Waited five minutes before anyone greeted us then the hostesses disappeared for 10 to 15 minutes before informing us it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Empty tables and empty parking spaces. Not hard to figure out why with the lack of front of house service. I enjoyed coming here for years but service and quality of food has diminished over the past few years. May need a new manager. We'll try again in six months or so. Very disappointing. read more
