Walked in on Thursday around 6:30 p.m. The employees looked my way when I came in, but were too busy in their own conversation, I guess, to bother greeting a customer and ask if they could help. As I was walking around, at least one employee nearly walked right into me without a simple "sorry" or "excuse me." Also, a couple people came into the store after me, all of whom were greeted and asked if they could help with anything. I was so disheartened by the poor customer service, I put all of the items I was interested in back and walked out... without anyone even saying "have a great day!"
