And of course no one came to follow up as well and had to head back out to try to find another pair. And then once again chat party at the register and one employee helping a customer while I waited and they all were chatting and no acknowledgment again. Until the customer being helped said something and apologized. By that point I was uncomfortable and then turned off by how rude they all were. And the lack of knowledge about any of the product or inventory just added to the whole disappointing experience from start to finish. I honestly was so disappointed and just disgusted with the utter lack of customer service the whole time. I shouldn't have even bought anything and should've gone to Auburn location where it's always great, but this location was closer to home. Absolutely not recommending this location. I will take the trip to Auburn just for the better service.

A couple days ago I purchased eight candles in a crate that were on sale. Upon getting home I found that they had charged me for nine candles ringing one scent up twice. I thought no big deal, I'll go back with my receipt for a refund. I did not pack the eight candles because that really doesn't prove that I only purchased eight candles. But upon driving back to the store and asking for a refund I was told I needed to bring in the candles I bought to get the refund. How and why? I can't bring in a candle I didn't buy? So after two trips my only option is to drive across town a third time with my eight candles. I gave two star because of my previous experiences, otherwise it would be one. Very disappointed with this response to their error.

I asked the cashiers if I can buy the shoe from online and ship to the store since I'm about to move to across country and want to have my mail sorted out through usps first so it doesn't get lost in the system. She said they could only deliver it to a house instead of in store. I looked online later because I've always done it at Abercrombie, American eagle, and Tillys where I can order in store and have it mailed to the store for secure pick up. So not only did she lie, she was also trying to take pictures of me and laugh behind my back? Crazy. I went in the next day to return the shoes that said one size but were actually another (my luck of course) and the other person was actually super nice surprisingly. We were able to take care of our situation. It was done all in one day. Sometimes parents have to travel all over but not us. The clerks were friendly and helpful. The store was neat and organized. And they had items on sale too. It took me no time to get my items. It was actually stress free when I shopped there. And I saved money. Customer service was an A+ letter grade if I was a teacher. The clerks made us feel welcome That raises the letter grade more higher. And they put coupons in our bags too. I love saving money! The overall shopping experience was great for me. I haven't ever really delved into a Sephora until recently and I have been pleased with the item I got from here. What I got was the Salt & Stone natural deodorant. The fragrance of this product was Black Rose and Vetiver. It has a unique fragrance and the great thing about this deodorant is that it's all natural and has impressive, long lasting strength that lasts all day long. There were some other impressive looking colognes here but my stock for that particular item is good for now. There is another Sephora inside the Tacoma Mall and while I haven't specifically browsed through there yet with a lot of examination my impression is that the merchandise is slightly different even though Kohls/Sephora is just outside the mall. It makes sense however from a marketing and product standpoint.
