Wore it once, (so obviously I took the tag off) and while wearing it the strap broke and is no longer wearable. Now I spent $40 for this. And you all advertise "affordable" clothing. However $40 for 1 piece of clothing is not cheap. Went in to return, exchange something so I can be able to actually get my money worth and was told by the girl there that because the tag was off she couldn't do a refund. Now I understand you have policies, but if I cannot wear the clothing more than once than that sounds like a defect on your part and not mine. I did love your alls clothes and would have loved to shop there again. I don't care to spend the money when it's worth it but this feels like false advertisement and theft when I can't even wear this again. Tried to email the email for the store "Fayette@roseandremington.com" that's literally on the website and it comes back as email does not exist. ALL of the emails on their website, social media all come back as do not exist.

The associate immediately stepped in front of me and asked if I needed anything. I said that I was just looking and she never moved- just kept a blank stare like I had done something wrong. My fiancé was standing behind me and asked if we were in a store because we both were equally confused on why she acted like we weren't welcome and her response was yes but that she wasn't sure if we needed something specific. I'm not sure if she was racist or just plain rude but we turned around and walked out. While he and I stood out on the street corner she continued to peek out the window and stare. Perhaps the only exception: PRO TIP: This is not the location I would recommend to pick up something ordered on-line. They don't receive a commission on these items and are aggravated with the practice. The only blemish on their customer service image would be to not purchase an item directly from the boutique. You may not want to mention you found their store by using Yelp. One of the ladies believes it to be a tool to sabotage small businesses.
