The clothes brands are predominantly Express and Alter'd State... So if you buy those brands at full retail prices, which I often do, then this is your spot! This place is five stars in the discount/bargain hunter category, so take it for what it is. It's definitely not fancy and you may have to pick through the stuff... but if you're paying $4 for an item that started at $90, you really can't complain. Items have original tags and are clean and undamaged. They have fitting rooms and a strict no-refunds policy. Check it out if you're in the area and love a good deal! You won't be disappointed.

I inquired about a cologne that showed it being on sale on my device however in store it rang up as original price. The fine print on my device stated OR for purchases in store OR online. She was nasty with her tone and also lacked willingness to help. I waited for 20 mins before her manager Felisha, happened to walk by and without hesitation assisted me with a resolution. She went above and beyond and I felt much better that we had a resolution HOWEVER Mrs. Long nails LaRhonda with the bad attitude engaged another associate his name begins with "D" (I will update this review with his name at a later time) a tall, light skinned young man who immediately agreed with her without verifying that the item was not available at this location. The individuals lacked professionalism, both LaRhonda and D lied to my face and what's sad is that they was more concerned with getting everyone out before closing. I walked in at 711pm, the store closes at 8. You don't need to be in customer service if you have an attitude when assisting a customer. LaRhonda needs proper training on customer service. Horrible interaction with her nasty attitude. She needs to be in the back unboxing merchandise and away from customers. Thankfully Felisha stepped in at the right time.

Wore it once, (so obviously I took the tag off) and while wearing it the strap broke and is no longer wearable. Now I spent $40 for this. And you all advertise "affordable" clothing. However $40 for 1 piece of clothing is not cheap. Went in to return, exchange something so I can be able to actually get my money worth and was told by the girl there that because the tag was off she couldn't do a refund. Now I understand you have policies, but if I cannot wear the clothing more than once than that sounds like a defect on your part and not mine. I did love your alls clothes and would have loved to shop there again. I don't care to spend the money when it's worth it but this feels like false advertisement and theft when I can't even wear this again. This Urban Outfitters has been here since I was in college- so at least 15ish years! I've always enjoyed browsing the home decor and I wasn't disappointed on this visit. They had some very cute throw blankets and a ton of mugs. The pricing varies and you can find some great deals, but some items you'll have to weigh how much you love them versus their pricing. The staff was friendly, but standoffish- there if you had a question but not overly helpful or in your face. We asked about a blanket on display and were told they could order it for us or we could order online- since we live in California we opted to just check it out online at a later point. Overall, we had fun and I think you should stop in at the very least to check out the building.

Love the high ceilings and the decor in this place. It feels very natural and bright. Not super into the religious angle of this place but it wasn't too in your face besides the Christian music playing. The young woman helping me was seriously like a personal shopper - she needs a raise!!! I ended up buying 3 dresses and a pair of shoes for Mexico and I could not be more excited. I will note that I feel like the prices here are way too high for the quality, but since it was a special occasion I just went with it. I will definitley come back to this location. I had never really shopped at Crestview Hills before but it is SO MUCH more relaxed and nicer than Kenwood. It reminds me of Roodwood but without the traffic. No one wrecking into you with their 10 kids and fighting your way into parking spots. Highly recommend this store, and Crestview.
