I don't think you can measure a business when everything is going perfectly. You measure a business by how they handle things when it doesn't go as planned. Everything has been going great, but we recently had a little hiccup when I added a whole home water filtration system. I was a little frustrated and it took a little bit to get the right person on the phone, but I'm really happy to know that they are the same company from 11 years ago. They went above and beyond to take care of the problem. I've heard nightmare stories about other companies in the area that will install something and if there is a problem, you are on your own. I see a 1-star review from someone who was frustrated with lack of customer service. I was frustrated with this too. The AI phone interface can be frustrating, but there are good people working there who are trying to do the right thing. It just might take a little bit of patience to get the right person on the other end of the phone. I do know that they are addressing this problem. Julian is my plumber and Sam is my HVAC guy and when they come to the house it's like having old friends visit. At the end of the day, that's what keeps me coming back to them. The work is solid, the technicians are knowledgeable, and when something does come up they stand behind what they do. Eleven years later, that still says a lot about the kind of company they are. I have no hesitation to call them for some of the bigger upcoming purchases that our household needs, like a new AC unit and a tankless water heater. I am very happy with how they addressed this past issue and will be calling them in the future.

Also added a new water heater and, my favorite addition will be the split installed in a back room add on with a cathedral ceiling that's difficult to heat/cool on its own. Each installation came with its own specialist, and each team was amazing. They took such good care in ensuring the carpets were covered, and their cleanup was fantastic - including one of the guys who walked the driveway and area in front for nails that may have been dropped!! Anyway, I'm happy to recommend these guys to anyone needing similar work. Oh and btw their financing program is good too with zero % interest making it good value for me.

I had to look for a place that services my Brand of water heater, is reputable, and available! They were able to come out SAME DAY and kept me informed throughout the day of changes in eta. There was a pretty big change in eta but that worked out for me because I was just leaving work to meet their technician. The technician (Roberto Ramirez) was kind and patient and explained what COULD be wrong and what was ACTUALLY wrong. He told me what to look for in the future and possibly how to prevent it from happening again. He told me how to maintain it going forward and some other tips and tricks that might help extend the life of my water heater. Additionally, he contacted the warranty company and worked with them to get the needed part today at zero cost to me which you would think might annoy a company or technician but he didn't seem bothered at all. Since this was a completely new A/C install with no prior system in the house, I had a lot of questions regarding the system itself, part numbers, maintenance requirements, and long-term considerations. She answered everything clearly and concisely. The install team showed up within a week, and honestly I probably could have scheduled even earlier. When I say "team," that's almost an understatement. Gary, Eli, Clark, Tristan, and Ervin showed up ready to work and got right to it after answering a few final questions. I work from home, and anytime I checked in to see how things were going, they immediately asked if I had any concerns or anything else I wanted to go over. We interviewed 5 contractors and were very glad to have picked Integrity. From the very beginning, Integrity has conducted business very professionally. Steve came for a walk through, explained what we needed, and gave us a quote on the spot. The quote was within the mid range of all the quotes, and he walked me through all the Federal/state tax credit and manufacturer's rebate. A few days before installation, Julie called from the office and let us know the name of our tech (Jared) and their ETA. Jared and his team were very knowledgeable and considerate. Tarps were laid on our tile before work began, and the workers showed up on time everyday. On the days of inspection, Steve from Integrity came out again and waited patiently to walk the inspector through our project. The tech/rep that came out took the time to go over all the repair/replace options with minimal sales pressure so we ended up replacing everything. The crew came out the next week and due to an inventory shortage installed a more efficient (and expensive) dual fuel heat pump system at no additional cost. The install was not without hiccups, but the company made good on everything that was promised and we are very satisfied with the results. Keep in mind that replacing an entire HVAC system IS NOT INEXPENSIVE, but there are only a few things in life where you cannot put a price on something that impacts your health, comfort and safety.
