My call was picked up right away but after I asked "Is this Air-Fab", the call was disconnected. I was still worrying that I needed to try another company to help my A/C problem when Steve called me back. He told me to send him my contact information and he will contact me soon, He called me back 24 minutes later and told me he could help check our A/C problem in my house in 30 minutes. He showed on time and helped diagnose and find the issue very quickly. He checked the capacitor and that was good. He then checked the connector and found the problem. He provided options on what I can choose to do, and just followed my decision and helped clean the unit up nicely. He left with a working A/C (for a $100 service fee) in half an hour.
