Its never fun to replace your entire HVAC unit, but Ernie and the team at Heritage Valley made the…read moreexperience easy and as painless as possible. First, they were very responsive. During the recent heavy rains our heater stopped working, we called and within 24 hrs they were on our roof looking at our HVAC unit. We had a few other companies come out and give us quotes but Ernie and the team were much more thorough in their diagnosis and payment options. In the end, we ended up going with Heritage and the team and we are glad we did. They walked us through the process each step of the way. Heritage came out early in the morning and removed the old unit, installed the new unit. I work from home and barely even knew they were here. They not only replaced the HVAC unit but they also, free of charge, changed out our old thermostat for cool new digital nest thermostats. They installed heating and cooling sensors around the house. They changed out our vents as well for new ones. They even cleaned out our air ducts which we were going to schedule for the spring. They went over and above. All in all, they did a fantastic job! Heritage exceeded our expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services! We will be using them for any future services we need! Ernie and the Heritage team are rockstars!!
