During the recent heavy rains our heater stopped working, we called and within 24 hrs they were on our roof looking at our HVAC unit. We had a few other companies come out and give us quotes but Ernie and the team were much more thorough in their diagnosis and payment options. In the end, we ended up going with Heritage and the team and we are glad we did. They walked us through the process each step of the way. Heritage came out early in the morning and removed the old unit, installed the new unit. I work from home and barely even knew they were here. They not only replaced the HVAC unit but they also, free of charge, changed out our old thermostat for cool new digital nest thermostats. They installed heating and cooling sensors around the house. He was efficient and thorough, even showed me a hidden area of my chimney that was extra dirty because it had been missed during a previous cleaning. Best part: I had someone else "inspect" my chimney and estimated $300 for a deep cleaning and $650 because the exterior was supposedly cracked and damaged. Recently purchased a home in Oxnard and hired 101 Lint Busters to replace old clogged flexible dryer vent exhausting into crawl space with new rigid vent line exhausting properly to the exterior. While performing that work they discovered a serious electrical issue unrelated to the dryer and were kind enough to help me diagnose the source so I could deal with it. They also discovered that years of lint had built up inside the dryer and offered to stay on to clean that out for a reasonable additional fee. Found signs of burned lint - previous owners were fortunate there wasn't a serious fire! Highly recommend 101 Lint Busters! Hire them if you have any concerns at all or just need routine maintenance.
