A bit of a let down of an experience. Areas near the lanes were clean, simple programming that the kids could interact with was cool. However, 2 games for 1 adult and 3 kids with shoe rentals was $90. I would expect that from a newer, updated, amenity filled location, not a local spot. They did have food options but we skipped them. It also got very crowded with leagues after 7pm on a Friday, to a point where you couldn't even walk through to leave or use the bathroom without stepping on people's bags. They only had 3 sizes of adult balls available without purchasing one, so not as kid friendly as I'd expect either. Some staff were super friendly and helpful when the younger kid's gutter ball got stuck here and there. Others at the front desk not so much, even making faces showing impatience about minor mistakes while figuring out shoe sizes/asking for assistance. I will not be returning but it was an attempt at staying and supporting local. read more

We took my 4 year old niece here for her first bowling experience. Hours vary each day so make sure you check ahead of time. On Thursdays, it doesn't open until 2 pm. I thought I had read online that they have $5 games on Thursdays (does not include shoe rental), but this wasn't offered to us so we ended up renting a lane for $35/hour. Each lane has a max of 5 players. Shoe rental is another $4 per person. I would say one hour is probably just enough for one game for 5 players. We playing a bit leisurely, so the last person did not get to bowl their last frame. Overall, it was still a good experience, especially since we went in the middle of the day on a Thursday because no one was around, so we had a lot of the space to ourselves. The lanes themselves are pretty clean and seem well kept. I don't really bowl but if someone wanted to go, I would recommend Lodi Lanes. read more

Easily the best lanes in the area for casual and recreational bowlers alike. For me, I'd prefer to go play cheap games rather than spend double/triple at a Bowlero. I'd recently got back into bowling after a long hiatus and I was a looking for an alley that still had days where there is deals for cheap games. I used to have a bowling alley local to me that did the same but unfortunately closed since COVID. Luckily, my friend came across Lodi Lanes and convinced me to give it a shot. First off, Lodi Lanes is not your state-of-the-art establishment. If you really wanted a fancy experience, there are other alleys that can do so to a better degree. While not having the fancy arcade or pool tables, Lodi Lanes does have the key essentials: Pro Shop, Lanes, Snack Bar, and Bar. The bowling deals rotate based on the season and they can be found on their website. The Pro Shop Operator, Rick, is a class act and gentleman. Rick is great at his craft and takes his time to see you bowl before drilling a ball for you to make sure the specs are conformed to your play style. FUN FACT -The Bar has San Miguel Beer! All in all, Lodi Lanes is my go-to place to bowl a few games at a reasonable price. read more

I was very happy to take my teenagers here after walking out of a 45-min wait at Bowler City, which can be a bit much sometimes. This was my first visit and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait long for food or drinks. The lanes and property itself are well-maintained and clean. The best part might be the noise level. I could actually have a conversation with my kids without yelling over blasting music every other bowling alley seems to think we need. There was even a kids birthday party 2 lanes over and it was actually not a complete circus. Maybe it's just the Gen Xer in me, but bowling should be a casual time with friends, not a clubbing experience with $20 drinks and $40 chicken fingers, like so many modern bowling alleys. Just this "old man's" opinion, I guess, but this place is my new go-to for a fun afternoon with friends & family. It may not be the fanciest place, but it's getting my 5 stars for being exactly what I wanted an afternoon of bowling to be. read more

Have been there twice now. Place is good, no wait time as they have many lanes. I just felt it's a bit understaffed as we wanted to buy a beer and that was a struggle, there wasn't anyone in counter. Also they advertised about cosmic bowling on Sunday after 9 and it was cheap too, and when we went they told us they never do cosmic bowling on Sunday, only concern is then why is that advertised everywhere and is even on their website ? read more

I'm no bowler, but when the family wants to go bowling, we collectively have a relatively short list of what we look for in a bowling alley: low prices, no wait, not too crowded, decent food, and adult beverages. All of the above makes this our go-to spot. The people who work there are friendly and polite, the place is clean.... Is it fancy schmancy? Nope. But who cares??? Certainly not us. read more

Rude old turd runs the joint. Gave me a hard time about getting two lanes cause they were "busy" and I didn't want to share a lane with my 3 year old son who uses bumpers. Also, after my game he said that my son should be wearing a mask better when other children in the place didn't have one on, nor did I see anyone cleaning bowling balls or any machines after use. I'll pay more and check out bowlero next time so I don't have to smack some old coger outside! read more

I went bowling after a very long time. My friends and I decided to go here because it was fairly empty when we arrived but towards the evening, it was completely filled. Each lane costs $30/hr and $4/shoe rental. It is inexpensive and there were 5 players. We completely finished one game and had 1 round remaining in the second game before it ended. Amazing location and there's a bar in the center. However, the location is strict with bringing food from outside. One downfall is the music. The choice is music is lame and super old in comparison to other bowling alleys such as Bowlero. All in all, a nice spot for a quick bowling game. read more

I've been here twice now and it is a really great old school, no frills bowling alley. Both times I've gone on Saturday nights and we were able to get a lane immediately. Best part is at 5 bucks per person per game it's very affordable. I'd definitely recommend for a nice night of bowling! read more

This is the top 3 bowling alley in the area ! Great summer deals and a lovely staff especially Melissa who works the snack bar. That lady is an angel on earth. Always smiling while working and taking orders. You can tell that they deal with some bs at the alley but she pushes through with a smile and you can't find that anywhere ! She is 90% of the reason we go to eat from the snack bar instead of going to eat after PROMOTE HER TOO IDK BUT STILL. read more

Terrible place to bowl. The first game we played the whole 10 frames we had to reset the machine. I do not recommend to anyone, especially if your a hood bowler. No oil at all, bowler city is better. read more

We came here with the family to enjoy a few hours of bowling. We had a great time and the pricing was reasonable. I took away onr star because the computer had a hiccup on a few ocassions and decided to sweep away pins in the middle of a turn. Also, the mens room stalls are incredibly narrow. So narrow that they have been "pushed out" so much that the doors no longer lock. Overall the experience was pleasant. The alley was clean, staff was relatively friendly and the atmosphere and other customers were relaxed. This is our third time going to this location and we will continue to be a customer! read more

The person in charge today was very rude and not considerate regarding social distance. I have been there a few times and others do what they are suppose to. Today the person at the front was assigning lanes close together while more than half the place was empty. He didn't space people out and was placing people WITHOUT cleaning in between groups. Best bowling alley in the area! Only bowled here three times but the lanes are so professional and consistent! The pins are consistent too. The only flaws about this place are the fact that leagues may take the whole alley on weekday nights (came on a Monday night a couple times and they had no open lanes) and the bathrooms were NOT updated when the alley was renovated. Still the best alley compared to the others in the area. read more

It smells, it's very hot. They didn't bother to spray the bowling shoes. It's 6.50 for the pitcher, no refill, 4.75 for 'pizza rolls', 5.5 for fries. Not the worth the trip. Recommend another bowling place! read more

They should have a higher overall rating. I went there tonight and it was fun. The prices for the game and shoes was reasonable. We didn't have a chance to try their food or drinks (which includes beer) but we were able to promptly get a lane on a Saturday night. Some families, couples, and possibly a league were there and they all looked like they were enjoying themselves. I will also add that of the two groups of families that were there and needed the bumpers to be put up, their request was answered in less than 5 minutes. The place looked clean but I didn't get a chance to see their bathrooms. There is a parking lot available. I would return when I get the itch to bowl again. read more

Don't come here if you're Spanish. My boyfriend came a couple of weeks ago and him and his group came by and weren't treated nicely until they saw they were ordering a lot of drinks. I work in hospitality so I know it takes no effort to treat people with respect. Love coming here to bowl with friends. Place just recently got renovated and looks much better than before. There are plenty of lanes on each side of the alley and there's no wait most of the time. Workers here are really friendly and the snack bar has lots of great options to choose from. Games are also very cheap and lanes are great quality, so you will be saving lots of money if you come to Lodi Lanes. read more

For open bowlers it's also a great spot because they have low prices (especially when compared to the other local alleys) and have available lanes pretty much whenever they're open. If you're a league bowler it's a great house because they make great efforts to accomodate leagues. They're willing to work with you on oil patterns and things of that nature. They're also home to two UBA teams so you know you'll usually see some good bowlers around. If you're a bowler looking for competition it's a great place to be, And if you don't know what UBA is look into it. So come on in, grab some lanes and a beer (they have towers that are 100 ounces for $25) and have a good time read more

Here for a bowling league and our pairing plus the one next to us has malfunctioned numerous times. Lanes are clearly not well maintained. Ladies bathrooms are kind of grimy as well. Bowl elsewhere simply for the fact that you'll actually get to bowl more than three frames before you need to call someone over to fix the lane. read more

Tonight was an old people tournament . There was a sign posted at the door saying that lanes will be open to the public after five p.m. My friend and I got there after five and there were still a million blue hairs and they completely ignored all the other customers coming in . The woman at the front desk was rude and didn't even acknowledge all of the customers waiting to get lanes . We waited about 45 minutes to be served . I don't know why they had to wait for the geriatric crowd to completely disperse before giving lanes to other waiting customers . All of the lanes were cleared by 5:15. It's not just me that was complaining about the rude service either . The customers in front of us kept mumbling how ridiculous is was to not let other people start bowling now that the tournament was over . read more
