The last time we used him, i had tried to do some "do it yourself" door lock repair, on a door whose lock never, ever worked well. Wes went way beyond fixing my messed up attempt and actually got the lock working better than when we first took possession of the house. He was at the house for over an hour and did not quit until the lock functioned perfectly, in a quite imperfect installation, and charged us for just the repair itself! I was expecting an appointment for later in the week, but he was able to make it today, late in the afternoon, exactly at the time we requested by e-mail. My e-mail request was answered promptly and courteously. Wes changed re-keyed our house in less than 45 minutes (5 locks) and his charge was amazingly reasonable. He took the time to make friends with our pesky little SCHNOODLE and got her calmed down enough that we could allow her to roam freely, instead of having to lock her up in the office.
