The technician made up for dispatch's cold disposition. The tech arrived within 25 minutes of confirming my service call and even called when he was 5 minutes away. He was courteous. I explained my situation. The tech provided an estimate for unlocking a deadbolt and offered options. With some muscle, he was managed to lift the garage door enough so that I could crawl under. What could have been a $200 bill was only a fraction of the cost.
