Such an easy experience this morning getting my elderly aunt's car unlocked. She locked her keys in the trunk of her Toyota Avalon. Al was over in 30 minutes and, after another 15 minutes, had the door unlocked and the trunk popped open even after the alarm system had tripped in secure lockdown mode. I have had a new security doors installed on my home 4 years ago. I paid thousands of dollars to have them installed and they never worked right. I had 3 different locksmiths look at it and they all suggested spending thousands more to replace them all or a new frame. Bought a key from keylessride.com for my 2013 Ford. Made an appointment with ACM Locksmith and he was able to cut and program the key fob for hundreds of dollars less than what the dealership quoted me. I was initially worried his office would be in some back alley, not safe place, but no. His office is in a nice, safe, clean office park. He is a certified locksmith and asked for identification before programming the key. Very nice guy. Great operation! read more

We had an office door that would not open as if it were locked but there was no lock on the door. Building maintenance said they couldn't get a locksmith here until sometime next week. The driver's side door lock to my 93 Lexus SC400 was broken. It was previously fixed by another company and within two weeks it was inoperable again. After calling around a few locksmiths in ATL, I found a few youtube videos of Al remaking keys for people with different key issues.
