Best locksmith around! Fast response time and very professional! These guys are great and they have great prices! A lot cheaper than the rest and they don't give you starting prices and when they show up change it to and outrageous amount! They tell you a price and stick to the price they gave you! I hate it when they give me a starting price then arrive and tell me due to this or that it's gonna be $400! Well, this car is harder to unlock than most or some other excuse! They overcharge women. I got a key programmed and cut and was charged $270 which they said is the base price. My husband went two weeks later and they said they "felt sorry for him" because he brought a key in that didn't work so they gave him cut and programmed two keys for him for $200. Our cars are the same year and are both push to start. This is the second time I've been here where they overcharged me and the first time I thought it was just a one-off situation but this proves it. I needed an extra key and remote for a 2005 vehicle that I inherited. I had one ignition key and valet key that wouldn't start the car. Jim made a new key then programed the new key and the valet key so that both could start the car. He had to custom make the remote. He did all of this while I waited. The dealer quoted me a price more than $100 higher. This was much faster and saved money. read more

Walked in asked how he was doing and then promptly got into telling him I needed a key made. He glanced at it says 180. I tell him I just need the key blade and he says it can't be done. Upon walking him out telling him I can't afford $180 he then proceeds to tell me there is an $80 version of the key. I kept walking because the cheat tried it once for all I know there was a $30 version of the key. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR BUSINESS!!!! read more

Went to get an appraisal on how much a new key would be for my Toyota Camry. My keyfob was missing buttons but the battery worked. I went to the dealership and they told me it would cost about $300+ for a new keyfob! I went to CP Locksmith and he mentioned that a new keyfob would only cost me about $189, or he could replace the buttons for $40. I got the buttons replaced and saved a great deal of money! I called them this morning, 10/13/2018, because I could not open the deadbolt on my shed. The person on the phone was very friendly. However Jimmy called back and sounded like he had just woken up. When he arrived he had to hold his arm to the side to keep his balance. I asked and he said he was in a lot of pain It took him less than 5 minutes to open the lock. He did this by spraying it with WD40. The lock did not have to be removed or taken apart. It was just a matter of corrosion from moisture. I had no problem paying the trip charge but the additional $70.00 to unlock seemed excessive. I will not use them again. Besides that he left a 2" streak of WD40 from the lock to the bottom of the door. read more

That not how a business should operate. Either you give time frame let's say 5-7 or it's a set time. I told him I did not have the time to wait on him, thanked him for wasting my time driving to meet at the location and he did not show up on time. read more

Sad that 1 star is the lowest. Wow. Horrible, Terrible don't seem to do it justice. I called on Wednesday to inquire about a key made for my car. Nia said they could do it. I said I would call on Thursday to let them know what time. I called Thursday at 11:30 and said I would be there at 2:00. I don't live or work near Dobbins Air Force base (next to their store). I arrived at 2:00. Nia, who couldn't care less, said "oh we don't have any technicians here now". I said "I made an appointment ". She replied in a way that shows she really didn't care. "Well the technicians are out on jobs and when they are called they go"l, it will be ATL east an hour" Are you kidding me? Needless to say I did NOT get my key nor will I ever be back. Good thing there are other companies that make keys. She didn't seem to get this. Wasted 2 hours of drive time. Can't get worse service anywhere. read more
